Just went in last week to deposit a cheque and they are full service! I was able to get Canadian and US cash for my upcoming trip. Thank you!

I went in for a mortgage extension appointment and met with Melissa Qiu. She was very impatient and condesending. She rudely asked me questions about my current mortgage while making me feel stupid for not remembering all the details. She was also very dismissive of a td employee from another branch who referred me here.
Finally, she made no effort to offer a reasonable rate for the mortgage - only prime minus 0.35 when I currently have prime minus 0.85.
This experience has made me reconsider banking with td in the future.
