TD Insurance did an amazing job taking care of me and my car after I got in an accident. They are very efficient, very easy and very nice people to deal with. Zohaib Mirza was in charge of repairing my car and did a Phenomenal job that I’m very happy with, would definitely recommend switching to TD Insurance and ask Zohaib to take care of all your car needs.

The service was very efficient. Staff were friendly and my truck was exceptionally clean (inside and out) when I picked it up. Rental vehicle process was seamless and the vehicle they gave me was similar to what I had. It was so easy, worry and hassle free to have a one stop shop!

Jay our estimator was wonderful and patient with the rear bumper repairs. Can’t believe how much things cost now days. 1st accident in many many years.

The automated assistant is a nightmare, it wastes time of the caller for 10 min, asking ridiculous questions, repeating irrelevant statements, and then disconnects you. I called 4 times and can't get to a representative. Unacceptable. This has happened every time I called.

Would you believe me if I told you that having my car assessed for damage, leaving it for repair, and picking it up was a pleasant, stress free experience? It was! Parth Kansara at TD Insurance Auto Centre patiently and thoroughly guided me through the entire process. Nothing was left unexplained. Every question answered. Battery on the car was completely dead upon getting it back.
Headlights were replaced but not aligned.
Front turn signals were removed but not replaced, just left with no bulbs attached.

Nothing but headache after headache as I find more issues with the car after getting it back.

You take one stop here and get the whole package! Customer service was amazing, rates amazing and at the same time they appreciate customers loyalty as well.

An insurance claim is never something you would choose to do, but when I had a collision and engaged with TD Insurance the process was excellent. The entire team at TD was great from my claim specialist to the rental agency to the repair staff (huge shout out to Iberio). They were knowledgeable, kept me informed, and were a pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

These folks were great. They did the repair work on my car after I had a bit of a bump on the hood and the work was top-notch. The office staff were easy to chat with and made sure I was looked after, and the boys in the back were first-rate professionals who gave it to me straight. They also cleaned out my hood latch, which was not part of the accident, but had been causing me some grief getting the hood to close properly. They went above and beyond showing me how it all went back together and fielding all my complete novice questions.

Went here to get my car fixed due to an accident in 2020 and again this year and both times they have provided an excellent service. Great customer service and timely response. They even clean my car!

I had a water damage and I was assigned to be assessed if I’m going to be eligible to claim or not to Peter Zhu, my policy went up 4400$ and he is very hard to deal with, I’m pretty sure they will not compensate me and are just delaying and told me if I move my insurance they will drop the claim process!

Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team here at TD Oakville. They were more than willing to work with me every step of the way to make sure my car was taken care of and to assure me that it was being left in capable hands. I highly recommend, trust me you won't regret your experience here!

It was great experience to have my vehicle repaired here. The entire process was pretty simple and convenient. Rental and repairs were done at the same location. Paul was great and friendly helped me understanding the repair in details as this was my first-time car accident.

Moreover, the repair was perfect! The dented body was nicely finished that no one could noticed the damage was there before

The staff at the centre exceeded my expectation. The entire process was very quick and professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place. They were fast, courteous, and the work looks amazing. You cannot tell there was any damage whatsoever. They didn't get offended when I asked why the odometer shower a large difference (600km) in the 1 day it was with them, instead they showed me the picture of the odometer they took the day I dropped it and explained that the printout is from when I first submitted my claim to insurance. The only thing they've done from the get go is build trust and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Ibeiro and team!

I was so upset that I hurt my car, but I was very pleased that the place was clean, covid rules were being followed and my vehicle was repaired wonderfully. I just dropped my car off, filled out some information, and picked up the rental vehicle. I hope to never hurt my car again, but if I do, I would definitely take my vehicle back here.

Was rear ended in July 2020, Staff was very helpful, coordinated my claim, rental and repair all at once while I went through paperwork.

Repair shop was fantastic, Paul walked me through the damages, process and timeline. Repairs were done 6 days ahead of initial estimate, and car was brand new, all original dealer parts.

If there was a 0 star rating available that is what I would have rated the service offered to me at TD Auto Insurance Claims. Here are the reasons why:
- I felt that the centre was unfair in making up their own conclusions regarding my collision. The police reported that fault cannot be determined. TD insurance concluded and placed me at fault with no proof or a clear explanation.
- On top of that a couple of days after the incident, my back window broke as it was loose from the accident, during the accident the truck hit my car. Even for that they brought their own mechanics to make up their own conclusion saying that its not a result of the collision and that I would have to cover the damage 100%. Meanwhile, my own mechanic disagreed and said it was as a result of the accident.
- TD Insurance just likes collecting insurance payments from long term clients, and when it comes to claims they manipulate the story and blame the client with no proof and make the client pay more than they should.
- I also found out that due to their system upgrades the premiums got all messed up and was higher than what it should be, after doing more investigation TD was taking more money from people than they were supposed to. I had to correct them on this too.
- Overall horrible experience, horrible claims department, horrible service centre. I think that TD needs to hire professional consulting company to come and train the staff working there and teach them about customer service, ethics in business practice and not taking advantage of consumers. As a multi billion dollar company, well no wonder their auto insurance centre looks fancy because they are ripping customers off. They make you pay double what you should. For those who don't know how to do math or understand business will not have catch these mistakes.
- If any upper management is reading this review, please contact me so I can provide you some key recommendations how you can improve your entire business model.

I have to say, I was really impressed with the process from start to finish. Everything was seamless. I mainly dealt with Paul when I dropped off my Civic for repairs, and he did a great job in taking care of it and letting me know about options. It was repaired faster than the projected date, and when I got it back it was fresh and even cleaned inside which I did not expect. Thanks Paul.

First I was not confident to take my vehicle to a place referred by the Insurance company. I am glad I did because the whole process from beginning to end was painless and the quality of repair is very High.
