Nice pub, great music. Food was tasty. The music was too loud, couldn't hear my friends at all.

Have you ever seen a 25 cent cheapest water bottle cost you more than $5? If the answer is yes, you should try this place. Otherwise food and drink quality is low, but prices are the highest. I am all in to support the local business, especially now, but this is insane. Tea Va See place doesn't serve TEA on weekend.

Tea Va See is the place to be! I love the energy there! Owner is always thinking how to entertain guests! Food is just perfect for the place - especially waffles with the icecream! And of course shisha! Staff is superfriendly & always are checking guests! Usually Fridays and Saturdays there are DJs performing. Great place to spend eve with your friends and loved ones!

BEST PLACE EVER! The staff are extremely nice, the atmosphere is fun, great people. Always a great time. Would highly recommend if someone is looking for a place to celebrate birthday or do a corporation party.

Very regular in terms of food and Shisha, too expensive, drink was ok. Everything is separate here. Way more expensive for this quality. Not recommended at all.bad service, long time waiting for waitress.

Omg so so expensive and very overpriced drinks. Terrible doormen. We arrived around 1: 15am to try the shisha and have some drinks with our company co workers and at 2am sharp they bombarded our table forcing rushing us to pay the bill and leave and grabbing the shisha out of our hands. They were hardly nice or professional about it. Half the table had there drinks half full. We couldn't believe it! Absolutely disgusting. How does a business like this even exist after noticing many other patrons having the same experiences. Couple of us ordered food and the food was just terrible and tastes like ready processed food. At least we should have been told or at the very least allow patrons to enjoy themselves till at least 2: 20-2: 30 or something. I doubt well ever return with this kind of ill run business. BEWARE they automatically include a high tip percentage onto the bill and don't even tell you about it and we were just 4 people. We almost double tipped. They seem to do this intentionally.

Disgusting experience, rude stuff and bouncers. Will never come back. Don’t go there, just not worth it. Total trash clientele and service.

Only thing I'd suggest is having bigger glasses of people that don't drink alcohol. Those glasses are a bit small.

A mixed experience overall. The bad - slow service, will not serve tea at "peak times", shisha quality is acceptable at best, food is average and the prices are very high given the experience. The good - well decorated, plenty of parking, clean bathrooms and a nice patio.

Overall average at best experience, do not order food expecting anything better than takeout quality. But if you are going for a tea and shisha off "peak hours" its an ok option in the area. Should be noted that gratuity is already included per person on your bill.

This is the worst lounge you can go to. Im very disappointed with their service. It was my first time going to this place and will be the last. The manager seemed like he didn't even care. Their food was gross and cold. The workers give attitude and when you call them they say wait and just disappear. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in the lounge, horrible service had to wait for 40 mins to even get a shisha ends up being wrong and wait another 20 mins spoke to the manager about the issue he gave us attitude I don't recommend this place for no one unless you are willing to get hustled over priced! I regret coming here first and last time I hope the owner rethink about their employees if they want to keep this business running, the managers name is ahsan! Very disappointed!

The best shisha lounge. Everything about this place 100%. Better than any other places. From the owner to the employees. Was great experience and really enjoy my visit. Def would go again!

We have been there last December. Ordered khinkali and chebureki. It took forever to get those meals. Our friends have ordered cheese platter. It was a very poor choice of cheeses (just a regular cheddar cut in cubes), it was decorated with some unwashed grapes. Looked cheap but it was really expensive for that amount of food. The overall experience is bad. Space for dancing is not even assigned. The place is fully packed!

Had a awesome experience in this spot with my friend. The food comes rapidly and the customer service is just awesome. Prices are reasonable.

This place was overcrowded and it was impossible to dance at all. The dance floor is not even assigned. Didnt meet my expectations. Don't waste your time and money. Very expensive.

Tea va see is the best place to hangout and chill out with your friends. The shisha, food and drinks are fabulous and the environment and the atmosphere is the best. Specially on weekends, its full house and everyone is dancing and dj's on weekends is great. A must place to vist.

Used to be a very nice place. Went down the hill in the last few months. Service is super bad. Everything is overprices.very disappointing.

Very nice vibe. We had a table for 5 people, ordered drinks and food. Excellent service. It was Thursday night, and music could be better. Didn't feel like dancing to it. Have to try coming on Saturday.

Wow this place has really evolved!

They still have a seating area with tea that's more in the quiet side, but their lounge area is what really stands out! I honestly didn't know this nice fancy looking spacious place exists in Thornhill.

I'm not in the partying/clubbing scene anymore but I can appreciate when I see something that deserves praise. The music is good, the people are in party mood, the shishas are great and the food is too! If I had time and desire to go out often, I would probably be a regular.

It's an amazing place. I was there on last week. Music, drinks, food etc.everything was excellent. Stuff was super-friendly. I'm planning to go there everyweek.

Food is good. They got my drink wrong - ordered vodka soda and got vodka tonic (also said it on the bill). But the drinks did taste good and have a cute little sugar stick inside.
Dont like that they charged us tip automatically - if the service is good I would give more than 15%, but I dont like being forced to.

My friend and I went here a few months ago on late at night on a Friday without making reservation and we had no issues. It was busy but the customer service was relatively good. Last night I went again with that same friend and right when we entered, the entrance was blocked and we were asked if we had made a reservation and how we wouldn't be allowed in. Then, I mentioned to them that how we came few months ago on a very busy night and we weren't asked/told that we needed a reservation. Once I told them that, the 2 girls at the front started to speak in another language right in front of us which I found to be very unprofessional and rude. After, they asked how long we'd be there for and when we said few hours they looked at each other and spoke again and then I told them we'll stay for an hour or 2 and only then were we allowed. We were taken to the back where the tables are and were told to sit in the corner. Keep in mind, the entire place was EMPTY. The customer service was so horrible and it took so long for the shisha to arrive. They didn't ask us how it was or anything. Another couple came in as well and they were in the same situation as but once they seen where they were allowed to sit, they just left. When I asked for the bill, gratuity was already added and not mentioned when the bill was given to me. Very expensive place for shisha and will not be going back here again.

This was the worst place I’ve ever been too. They charge you $3 for a bottle of nestle water that I could go to no frills and pick up a case for 2.99. They put up a fight with our group saying they aren’t allowed to serve us tap water. We had multiple DDs there that weren’t drinking alcohol. After a fight they did give us water on the house but still charged some people for it on their bill before they left.
Now for the food. It was the worst, no flavour and everything came out slightly room temperature or cold. We ordered their “crazy perogies” and the cheese that came ontop was still out of the fridge cold”.
A friend ordered fish and chips and it was so small and cold in the middle. Nothing was even close to the picture when it came to the menu.
For the Bills they would not let us separate them and on their website it states nothing about this or the fact that they have 15% gratuity and charged us 21% AT THE END! 21% THIS IS UNHEARD OF! AT LEAST GIVE US BETTER SERVERS CAUSE IT WAS HORRIBLE! We had to physically go find someone just to order anything!

The Shisha was good at the end, but if your coals go out gues what! You gotta pay for more coals!

We tried to go to the other side to their lounge to check out the bar, and the lady told us we couldn’t stand on the dance floor (The place was empty at this point). While the side was empty. I don’t think they allow people who go to the “tea room” to go to their “lounge”.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all cause all of us had something negative to say about it.

My favourite shisha place in Toronto. Cocktails, food, music, atmosphere, and servers are amazing! They have an amazing DJ on Saturdays! Recommend this place to everyone!

Shisha is mediocre, prices on menu are high for shisha, food price was not bad comparatively to other place.lounge is nicely done, I expect better shisha prices but I guess they are going for a lounge type vibe and shisha isn't their main forte. Service was decent. Should have an option for shisha head replacement instead of buying another shisha.

Very sketchy. Don't go to this place. Hidden fees and really poor food. $3 for water? When I'm drinking beer with my meal and ask for a water on the side, I expect the water to be free

Very very nice shisha lounge place with a great selection of food, wine, and cocktails. Me and my girlfriend go there almost every week and enjoy it. Asan is the best shisha maker! Ask him if you need your shisha to be perfect.

They have 4 different DJs playing! On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! This is a big plus! Every DJ plays in his/her own style, which makes it very interesting to visit this place on various days.

Couple more kind words go to the owner of tea va see - Alex! He is a very good party organizer. That's how you should treat customers. Called in one week in advance to book a birthday part for my fiancé. Alex was very friendly over the phone and in person. He helped us select appetizers, main course, and drinks. We set up everything in advance, so when we came in, everything was ready to party.

Make this a must go place. Outstanding experience at Tea Va See! Thank you so much for your services:)

Worst experience. There is no service. Takes an hour to get a drink and the prices are in the sky.
They should work on their customer service instead of making perosnal favour, because thid is what this place is about.

Me and my friends went to Tea Va See last Saturday. I was truly impressed by the place. Saturday night was popping. This place has a unique combination: you can dance and enjoy the DJ and at the same time it's a very cozy lounge where u can enjoy the shisha and relax. We got a bottle of Jack Daniels for a very reasonable price. Cheese and meet platters were very delicious. As I said, place was popping. Everyone danced, enjoyed the music and drinks.
Shisha - very good.
Drinks - reasonable pricing and have a unique touch.
Music - 100/100.
Food - very good.
Customer service - waitresses and shisha guys were amazing.
