My husband and I recently sold our first home with Team Grande. We were beyond impressed with Alex. From the beginning of the process to the end, he was always ready to answer our questions - even while on vacation during the week our house was listed. During that week Alex had Nicholas step in and show our home. The communication from both of them was incredible and they made the process so seamless and easy. Alex was very knowledgeable about the market, we love that during the whole process we were kept up to date with what was happening. Most companies "preach" client first but Team Grande lives by it. Where to begin.

I was recommended through a friend to go with Brandi Reiber. Glad I listened. First of all I'd like to say she listens. She deep dives with her clients to see what they want. Sends listings to you via email with what you are looking for and books the showings. Every house I saw with her, her and I would be deep diving into the attics and Hamilton basements. When asking questions she gets the answer. If she doesn't know the answer she will quickly find it out for you.

The one thing I liked most about Brandi was her aggressiveness on presenting offers. She's a no bullsh! T kind of gal. Straight to the point, fast and effective. She works hard for you and doesn't stop even after the sale has closed. She constantly follows up and answers texts quickly. I had a question after close about what paint color they used. Took 20 minutes to get the answer.

I know their is a lot of realtors out there to choose from. A lot will just treat you like a paycheck. Brandi.treats you like a human being. That is the difference I saw in her compared to the others.

We purchased our house last fall. Needless to say, the pandemic didn’t make it easier, but working with a super professional sure did. Alex Hill was a tremendous help! If it wasn’t for his smart negotiation tactics we would’ve not gotten the house. We were blown away how much he knows about the history, renovating, what can be fixed and how, what to avoid.
