Very friendly and caring staff. Dr Razzaq is an amazing doctor. I'm very thankful to Dr razzaq. She listened very carefully to her patients and she's very kind. I have been to going there since 9 years. The receptionist preeti is very friendly and caring when the blood results comes. She updates me very quickly. Such a efficient staff! I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you team maple clinic!
I had such a positive walk-in experience, it literally took no time to get in, especially on Friday afternoon. The receptionist named Turkana was so pleasant and informative it really left an amazing first impression, also the doctor himself heard me out and assisted me with correct prescription. Thank you Team Maple!
The phone is always busy and when you get a hold of them, they put you on hold for a long time. They are really unprofessional. When you see them they charge you so much money for a simple form to fill out. I went to the clinic down the street and they charge me only 25$ which is alot cheaper then 100 dollars i was charged at this clinic. I don't think I will come back here again.
Really friendly and efficient staff. When results come, they will follow up with you right away even for walk in patients. Very happy with this walk in clinic. Wait times depend on how many patients show up, but the staff work as efficiently as possible to get everything through. Doctor is kind and patient.
Dr. Razzaq is amazing. I have been going to her for over 10 years and the experience is always great and consistent. The clinic is clean and there is never a long wait time unlike some other clinics where you might have ro be waiting hours.
Work experience! Not having my health card i paid $60 just to see the doctor and she didn’t even took 5 mins to listen to my problem. She was in soo much rush for completing the crowd that she just said i got. She gave me medicine for 7 days which has no effect. I will never recommend this clinic.
Dr. Diwan was amazing! Very professional, timely and communication was great! Definitely recommend Team Maple Walk in Clinic! Also give the hardworking receptionists a break, they are doing a great job, and patients need to literally be patient with the staff! It's not easy being in the medical field!
Literally the first time I leave a review because it's necessary for every business, and unfortunately, the first impression is when customer calls to make an appointment. In this case, the customer service I had the very first time trying to make an appointment was TERRIBLE. I was yelled at just because I took 2 seconds to think about my response, I was also hanged up twice before I could even try to get an appointment. I cant speak for the doctors because I'm sure they're great, but in this case, I won't even try to go there as I wouldn't like to be treated this way in person.
I been calling this clinic for few months now This place used to be really good morning staffs are well trained and professional even though evening is mostly slow and more hold times on phones always preferred calling in the morning but I tried calling to book an appointment this whole week but everything is just really slow phones are not answered. They going to voice mail even if they pick up they are putting me on hold for a long time. I’m wondering what happened to this clinic morning is becoming like evening request to management look in to this before loosing the patients
So happy that I found this clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly and the doctors are amazing. Fast & efficient! My 4 month old needed to see a doctor and a virtual call was set up right away instead of having to go in!
Dr Razzaq is one of the kindest, most caring and reliable doctor that I have met. She takes her time to listen to your medical concerns and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcoming. I also like the front staff, very friendly and helpful! The place is always clean and orderly. 10/10 best medical experience with Dr Razzaq!
The only good about this place is dr Razzaq. Unfortunately other doctors I had encountered were not good. Reception is rude and literally yells at you! They don’t give you callback time either. Will not return
Dr. Razaq is a very competent, well experienced and helpful family doctor, the staff too very efficient and and always there to help the patients with smiling face.
Best walk in clinic I have been to, very professional, kind and caring, and quite quick to reach there patients. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a walk in clinic.
Dr. Razzaq is great; very patient, assuring and above all helpful. The ladies at the front desk are also super friendly. Wait time is the same as any other walk in clinic in Canada as appointments are case by case - patience is a virtue.
They will make you wait long.even you have booked your appointment. Doctors are good, if you can wait fore 35-40 mins, you can go. Yes I entered the exam room on time, but doctor came after 30 mins. I was waiting in the room for 30 mins, so whats the point?
This clinic needs new administration support. Test result follow ups, fax requests, specialist referrals etc.will not occur unless you call repeatably (and many times they are done incorrectly). I can only blame myself for not switching clinics after this has continued to occur over the last 2 years with our family. Quite frankly, I do not have time and expect everyone can do their own job. I can only recommend this clinic if you enjoy spending your own time following up on simple tasks any other clinic could handle.
To the Doctors of this clinic, please review. Perhaps a metric to measure your support staff would bring clarity to this unfortunate situation. It's unclear to us and other patients (yes more than 1) why this continues to occur without addressing this with your staff?
I always have a great experience. Literally left my family doctor and choose to drive 45 minutes away to see Dr. Razzaq if me or my family unwell. Dr. Razzaq is very professional, knowledgeable, and the most important care about her patients.
This is a difficult review to write as I do think that Dr. Mahreen Razzaq is amazing. She is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to listen and do the proper tests to investigate issues. But this review is not about her. Its about Team Maple Walk in Clinic.
When this clinic first opened it was great. So much so that we decided to move our entire family here as our Family Doctor. We were happy until approximately the time that they moved locations. Ever since then this place is horrible.
This place is no longer a family doctors office at all. There is always a different doctor. When you call to book an appointment they don’t even tell you what doctor you are going to see. If Dr. Razzaq is my family doctor, my family should only be seeing her. The front desk staff here is horribly disorganized, whether you have an appointment or not they treat you like a walk in clinic. If I have an appointment when I get there I should be a priority not be put in line behind all the walk in clients. What is the point of making an appointment if you will be put in line anyway. I recently went in for my babies Vaccination. I had an appointment which I showed up 15 minutes early for. I did not leave the office until 1.5hours later. Imagine being in a doctors office with a baby for 1.5hours when you had a booked appointment for a 10 minute appointment just to get vaccinations. This is approximately the 4th time this is happened. I have complained in person but it seems to fall on deaf ears. WHY AM I WAITING IN LINE BEHIND WALKINS WITH A BABY WHEN I HAD A BOOKED APPOINTMENT? Because of this my baby missed a bottle and was off schedule all day. The staff here is horribly untrained, they really need to hire and train properly. Also, every time I go in the staff is different. Is it that difficult to find a full time medical secretary? I guess it comes down to poor management.
The location is also really bad, there is never any parking. In a parking lot with 60 parking spaces the 15 spaces closet to the entrance are reserved for doctors. Seriously? The Doctors should be parking in the furthest spots not the closest. And they have no family parking. Do you know how difficult it is to carry a baby and diaper bag sixty parking spaces away? Especially, when you can’t use a stroller because there is no room in the doctors office to put the stroller.
I really wish Dr. Razzaq would leave this place and open a strictly family doctors office. No walk ins. She is the only reason we are still going here. But it seems we will have to start looking for a new doctor for our family.
. Update May 22,2019. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I don’t normally update reviews, but this office has clearly made a huge effort at improving service and wait times. Shortly after my original review management contacted me with a sincere apology taking full responsibility and assuring me that a plan has been put into place to deal with concerns raised. Last week I went in for my sons 18mth vaccination and the office was much more organized. I had an appointment, so I was let into a room within minutes and was out of the office within a half hour. I was worried that because of my original review it may be awkward seeing the Doctor, but it was not. She made every effort to make us feel comfortable, and was clearly engaged and interested in the well being of my entire family. I really do appreciate the effort that this office has made at improving service and efficiency. I do hope that this office continues to move forward with this service oriented initiative, as Dr. Razzaq is an amazing Doctor. I would rate them a 5 star at this point, however parking at this facility is still pretty bad. It would be my recommendation that all the Doctor reserved spots be moved to the far East side at the end of the parking lot, and the current Doctor spots be changed to spots reserved for family parking for people that have children.
Worst doctor i have ever met. I went there along with a friend. She had a stomach pain and the doctor didn’t even prescribe anything and said would give us a cal back with his reports! NO CALLBACK. Doctor doesn’t even listen to your history or explain you anything. She is literally just there to swipe as many health cards as she can! There is no wait because the doctor isn’t spending even 5 mins with one patient Lol! On top of that I had a skin allergy! N she prescribed me steroid without listneing to my history or my condition. Now my skin is burnt because if her medicines! I literally stood near the reception asking her questions about what she wrote on my paper Lol! Because she just walked out of room.
The good thing is that they are very efficient. I came without an appointment, waited for about 40 minutes, which is fine. They took blood samples on site. But. Seems like they are just trying to accept as many patients as they can, not to actually help but to make money. Doctor was not really listening to what i was saying, prescribed something that i did not need (Hey, I know i am not a doctor, but prescribing me dermal cream against scabies after i told her that my wife did not have these symptoms does not make any sense) and at the end forgot to prescribe one of the things, I had to ask for it on the reception. Girls at the reception were very kind.
Update: they were supposed to call me back and schedule appointment to a specialist. Month passed and no one ever called.
