Jag Ghuman is the best Realtor among all I have ever dealt with. I had to sell my condo in Mississauga and I searched over the internet to find a local realtor & luckily found Jag. After reading his reviews I set up an appointment with him. In first meeting of 1 hour I knew I am in very capable and trustworthy hands. I told him that I have to sell within 2-3 weeks and I'm looking for a quick closing & Team Jag Ghuman made it happen & met all my expectations. I will strongly recommend him if you are looking for caring and efficient service.

I m gonna give 5 stars but FYI anybody can tell majority of the reviews you got here are PAID FAKE REVIEWS.

My colleague at work referred Jag Ghuman From Team Jag Ghuman when I was looking for a realtor who can truly invest their time and guide me as I was a first time home buyer and the pandemic and sellers market was making me very nervous. I would say that I was fortunate to have found Jag Ghuman because he spent a lot of time understanding my needs and then walked me through the whole home buying process. He explained us which homes will meet our requirements and helped us shortlist the houses that we should see. After he got our offer accepted, he got our mortgage approved without any hassle from his in house mortgage broker. It was a very smooth process! I will definitely recommend to people looking to buy a house.

Bhanu was able to meet my real estate needs and expectations in a professional and efficient manner. Bhanu advised and walked me through every step of the process and answered all my questions which made it easy because I never bought a property before, and I had no doubt that he had my best interest at heart.

He even went above and beyond in using his resources and network in getting me a lower mortgage compared to an offer from my bank and found me a reputable lawyer for the legal aspect and closing. He was great with listings, answering text messages, phone calls, emails and providing me with updates on everything that was being done.

I plan to work with Bhanu again in the future and have recommended him to a dear friend because I personally think he has an awesome personality suited to his job, and I can vouch for the excellent services that he provides. I will highly recommend him also to anyone who is in need of a real estate agent to buy or sell their property.

We originally found Rajvir during the Fall season of 2020 through social media. Originally we were thinking of purchasing an investment home.

Long story short, our plan changed and we ended up with a different realtor (family member of a "family") who was claimed to be century 21's "#1 realtor" in Oakville. With the unprofessionalism and lack of ethics that was shown, we knew right away that we made the wrong choice. #1 realtor, family or not, we knew that they would still not amount to what Raj has shown us in the brief moment that we met with him previously. We ditched our "#1 realtor" and went back to Raj.

Raj was able to quickly adapt with the current change of our original plan. He was able to provide us with available homes to show and he guided us all the way through. We started viewing the homes on May 9th, by may 13th we are bidding on a home. Once the offer was accepted we were required to have a lawyer and we needed to find a mortgage. Raj and his team did all of that, since we did not have any lawyer and mortgage of choice Raj was able to recommend and we are glad he did because his mortgage broker that we got is highly professional and recommendable. We were able to obtain the closing for June 3rd.

This team did all, from home showings until keys were handed over. From Beginning to End in a matter of less than 4 weeks time! I could not even believe that this team was able to do it and the whole experience was almost surreal.

I was never ready to buy a home. Well mostly because I wanted to save more money before i decided to get one.
