I can say thank you so much for your hard work, strong customer care, Integrity and knowledge.
I took my truck to one of the shop in Woodstock, they failed to find the problem of my truck. Then I called tow truck to take it to Premier Truck Group of Cambridge, the next day they finally find the problem and after one day, they called me to come to pick up the truck, it was ready! I was so happy as Owner Operator b’se I was supposed to back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you again

Premier cambridge had always up to mark to us as small trucking company.
They are really professional and know what they doing with truck.

The people are friendly and polite! Work was done when they said it would be done!

Not too thrilled about the way they use email to send a quote. They sent a email but I never seen the quote attached.
Could have been me though?

Also a little pricey. But I guess what isn’t now a days!
All in all I will bring my truck back there.

Well, after years servicing my truck with team truck center I had 2 services with premier truck grup and I saw some things that is more positive and more professional in terms of handling the matter. They offer quick truck assessment and service which is important especially if you are o/o and the bill wasn't too high. So, thumbs up for premier truck, keep doing it the same and best regards.

This place has become the biggest joke in the trucking community around here. Non VIN specific parts are way more expansive than ANY other dealer or parts store in the area. Most of the newer parts guys are a bunch of complete tools with trash attitudes.
I have delt with this Freightliner for over 15yrs it's SAD to see what it has become especially since Premier took over.

The mechanics are top notch. They always let me know if they see anything going that I need to keep an eye on it. They do their best to keep us rolling down the highway. Thanks guys

It's a 2 way hwy, treat people the way you wanna be treated.
These guys always took care of my equipment and made sure I got back on the rd as soon as possible.
From all aspects, parts, service, mechanics and upper management, over the years I have serviced my equipment with them, nothing but positive to say.

Was not happy with their service charge me for something that should have been covered under warranty they refused to coordinate with other premier truck location based in Mississauga

Premier Truck Center in Cambridge is the worse place I have ever dealt with. I bought a new freightliner dump truck last year from them in Cambridge. Everything is covered under warranty and they want me to pay a bill before I get my truck back. I have contact freightliner myself and they told me that this part was warranty and Premier Truck Center wants to charge for for it. This place is a money grabber and don’t fix truck properly. The Customer Service is really bad won’t answer the phone and when they they hang up on you so does the manager. Do not recommend this company to any truckers out there. They will drain you dry.

Service guy was very nice, quick Service, nice communication, really want to mention but forgot the name.

Worst Experience. Went for oil change, book my appointment over the phone was there on time. IT TOOK THEM 6 HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE, love to give them 0 star but there is no option.

It's a beautiful new building and the service is great and the staff is more than willing to help for all your needs

I was dealing with David who I thought was a Foreman in service. Waiting on a part for weeks, never ordered, no calls, no customer appreciation

Team truck has helped us out in many different ways from parts, in house repairs and the WOW trucks, Mike Lutz and the staff at Team Truck are making big efforts to help support the Bus and Motorcoach industry and I would recommend them for your next repair.

Amanda has helped us out since day 1 and has provided our team excellent customer service throughout the years. Highly recommend Team Trucks Centre for any trucking needs.

Excellent place to go get your big truck fixed. They have a technical man there and his name is Alex and as far as I am concerned is the best for the business. Had truck at 4 other garages and inside of an hour he knew what was wrong and now it is fixed and I have no problem taking off for Florida now. I know it is fixed right and will recomend this place anytime. Great service and very good counter in service and part. All around excellent place to go and by the way they are open from Monday morning until Saturday until 4 pm.they don't close in all that time. I can't say enough for service and help. Thanks Alex.

Worst, Worst, Worst.
Worst dealership, they are charging you same thing twice. PEOPLE BE AWARE they are just a bunch of bad people sticking together to charge you mistakes they did. Check their work! I am sure They give themselfe 5 Stars.

I've dealt with this place for years, parts guys great. I work out of Brampton and would rather drive to Cambridge to get a part rather then sit for hours in line in Missausauga on a Saturday.

Worst service I have ever experienced! Would give them zero stars if I could, the mechanics don’t even know what they are doing. I had problem with AC they order some parts and told me they will call me when parts arrive its two weeks now nobody called me. I got it fixed from USA in few hours.

For the most part the front counter personnel are very friendly but the mechanics need to be improved. I used to bring my truck there for repairs. I had a water leak in the body above the windshield and it took them 6 times to find it. Took the interior completely apart, had screws missing after that! Then another time had a antifreeze leak somewhere and in the process BROKE THE OUTLET ON MY WABASTO BUNK HEATER, was told the part was old and brittle! MY TRUCK WAS ONLY 23 MONTHS OLD AT THE TIME. Refused to take responsibility for the incompetence of the so called mechanic. Cost me $1500 for their mistake. I could go on but this is long enough. Will never spend another dime in that place!

Was next door making a delivery but team truck center are too notch guys and know what there talking about unlike some places just haven't a clue and the best thing of all is customer service is A1 and they won't waste you time and money.

Call on a weekend to order parts and your lucky if you get someone to pick up the phone. Lot of the times your told they will call you back after you give them your details and you never receive the phone call. I've taken lot of my parts buying to other places because they provide better service. I'd rather pay more for parts and receive timely service. Still use them for what I have to. Will say Wayne is a great parts person and does an extremely good job. Reason I gave them a 3 star rating.

Issue resolved, upgraded to 4 stars.compared to the place around the block this company is far superior!
