You just go in thinking as dealer they will rip you off, for my freightliner just diagnostic and hourly all total they charge 455 for 2 hours.it's a scam.stay away owner operators.

Five star for customer service, specifically by the Bill Corkwell. He is really a helpful person, always try to help the customer to get the job done asap. We always prefer to visit this location over anyone else.

I have been waiting for a cpc module and my truck has been down for 8 weeks. I came to London on Oct 13th to inquire about it.
I got one that day!
Big thanks to Dan McLean who listened to my sad story and went into action.
He talked to Terry and Andrew and made some calls, then within the hour they found the right cpc for my truck that another customer had but didn't need right now.
Awesome customer service gentleman!
I'm back on the road now.

I have been a customer at Team for a while and so has my previous boss. Great customer service and very helpful.the counter salesman name Chris is awesome and knows his stuff.

All the Customers service guys at Parts desk need go to School to Learn Basic things. How to talk and satisfy the Customers. Especially Chris & Surjit. They are thinking that they are the Best in the World.
Please avoid guys to this place.

No wonder this place has so many 1 star reviews, it's more than they deserve. Kept getting calls the truck was repaired and when we got there found out it was worse than when we brought it in so we had to leave it there. One time we did take the truck and had to bring it back the next day because they wired it wrong.

One of the worst place in Ontario I bought parts and asked them if fits for my truck and Mechanic look said wrong one go back to return charge me 10% for storage. So their mistake I have to pay. So be careful asked them or take in writing before you buy anything

I showed up at 7am after a holiday weekend and they fitted me in right away.diagnosed and repaired in 5hours.very nice people and fast repair and a very nice drivers room also.they couldnt have been more helpful

Always able to get my truck on the road by the next day minimum! And when my truck was totaled and I needed to find a new truck Dan was there to help me get the truck I wanted, during the process I called and asked for pintle hook, and 45 degree mudflaps and have those mudflaps moved as close to the tires as possible, no problem! Great place to deal with whether your repairing your truck or buying one

Service dept is a mess cant answer simple questions on how they charge shop supplies for something that uses no shop supplies! And they cant justify the labour costs.as they told me over the phone it is what it is.they will screw you in anyway they can.hope someone reads this and goes somewhere else!

I had a transmission and clutch replacement done on my truck back in June approximately a month later that transmission gave up in Mississippi.found out that the transmission was put together with wrong parts team truck's London didn't want to honor the warranty I was stuck there for 16 days by the time everything was taken care of. I do not recommend team truck's London as a place to get anything done

My truck is down but those guys make me feel as at home. Amazing stuff. Great professional attitude and hospitality. Huge service. Best drivers room ever.

I only go to this location for re-torques when other shops are closed as other shops do not charge for re-torques which makes sense as it takes much longer to do the paperwork so I'll remember who took care of me and sent me on my way faster when it comes time to get serious work done!

Unfortunately I have to give these clowns 1 star that’s more than they deserve. I give them 3 chances and they messed up everytime.

1/ I took my freightliner here for a oil change and lube.they are closed on sundays so I left the truck in front of the gate as they told me to do. THEY HAD A KEY TO MY TRUCK INSIDE THE KEYBOX IN THE SERVICE DEPT so I thought all would be good.
When I went to collect the truck I found out that they used the wrong oil, not the oil I asked for, then checking the paperwork I noticed that they charged me $90 + tax for a tow from the gate to inside the yard. They said they couldn’t find my key, but when they bought the plastic file to me for payment there inside was my key. But instead of realising their mistakes and take off the towing charge. I had to fight with them for over a week to get reimbursed the $90 + tax.

2/ went in next to sort out an air leak when I collected the vehicle the following morning the there was still an air leak, worse than when it went in. But if you don’t pay the bill you don’t get your truck back.

3/ just last week I went to give them one last chance, so I took my truck back for an oil change and lube again. Part of the service is changing the DPF separator in the glass tube, and they were told to only change it if it needed to be changed. It didn’t need to be changed but they changed it anyway. AND CHARGED ME $80 + tax for the privilege. Also I had a headlight out I needed a new fitting I said to leave it and I’ll get a part in the morning from parts dept and I’ll fit it myself. No they fixed it anyways and again CHARGED ME FOR WORK I DIDNT AUTHORISE and again took me over a week with phone calls etc to get some money back.
Multi million $ company and their arguing about a couple hundred bucks reimbursement which they owed me.
The whole place is a joke.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THESE COWBOYS OR BUY A TRUCK FROM THEM, they rip you off.

Good parts department! Pretty accurate with Western Star parts as well, and competitive pricing.

The guys in Kitchener are decent, but these London guys are just about clueless! Their parts department has to be one of the worst I've dealt with. Terrible service!

This place is the worst. Service is clueless. To change a head light. You must drop your trailer. They will sell you a head light. But you are not allowed to install it on there property.

Dan the used truck salesman has been very accommodating and kept me up and running working with my busy schedule

This place has the worst customer service you could ever experience. You go there to get your truck looked at by a code reader at 9am and they say yup I took your truck for a drive and cleared the codes your good to go now and it is now 4pm. I go fuel up and all the lights are back up in the dash; so head back to this shop. Walk into the shop wait there in line while the lady behind the front desk is texting on her personal cell phone then when she was finished texting she wants to now help the guy behind me. I said excuse me I was here 1st and she made an other guy help me. I have sat here all day for them to look at this truck and found out they never took it for a test drive as well.
