Not good ppl, for everybody on here complaining about not getting their deposit back take a real good look at your invoice. It says nothing about deposits being nonrefundable I’ve contacted my lawyer, and you should to. These ppl are hard up for cash, it’s a dealership obviously going downhill

I came here to order parts for my Skidoos and had a great experience. Super friendly staff and quick delivery of the parts I ordered. The store has a wide variety of sleds and gear for snowmobiling. Great shop and great staff.

Very disappointed with this dealership took my seadoo in in April to avoid the rush and have a leak in my seadoo fixed.over $1000 later and my seadoo leaks worse then it did before they "repaired" and now they are telling me to drop it off next week and they will get to it when they can but it's gonna be a while.was going to buy a new seadoo but will be going to a different dealership now and advise everyone to go elsewhere to buy toys or have them serviced

Never had an issue with anything or anyone from Team Vincent. Henry sold me my new 2022 Outlander 850 XMR, and he was awesome to deal with. Even helped me out getting it in the back of my truck as well with strapping it down.

The team failed to inform of price increases prior to having work completed.left my friend shocked when receiving the invoice.customer service didn’t help and provided no consideration.very disappointed: (

In my experience the technicians will pad the bills with extra labour.account for twice the time spent on each item.they could improve with better contact with their patrons.the sticker shock shouldnt happen when you’re handed the invoice, heads up before the work is done would be nice

He is by far a man of his word and a man you can be assured would do his ultimate best to keep you satisfied. If it is commitment and passion for his riders Dave Vincent is number 1. By far he excels in his field of Bombardier products.

I ordered a new 22 Skidoo from another dealer that was closer. Dave was even with Gateway power sports. Every other dealer was GREEDY on their quotes. By as much as a thousand dollars!
I will only deal with a dealer who is not going to gut you.

I was referred by a friend & owning retail stores myself was very picky about service. Dave & his team were excellent from product knowledge to service & installation. All dealers are a bit pricey but I am ok with that if it is done right the first time Probably will purchase a new sled there for my wife next season.

Great service and a good group of people to deal with. Always seem to go over and above to help.

Such great customer service, I was late ordering 2 tumblers for a birthday party but I sent them a message on social media and they made sure it got to me in time! 100% my go to gift for kids!

Can’t say enough positive things about the TEAM at Team Vincents. I bought a Seadoo back in February, I was walked through the entire selection of models and the pros and cons of each different models. I went back the second time and placed a deposit. Picked up the Seadoo today, treated very well given these trying times. Very impressed with a small business’ approach to dealing with clients.
Well done Dave! You should be proud of your enterprise and more over of your team members.

Very friendly staff, I had mechanical issue with new seadoo, they came to my place and picked up the seadoo, Dave the sales manager work hard at getting me a replacement unit before the next weekend. Andrew in sales very curious even when I called and emailed him too much.

Professional, attentive staff from start to finish. Our first boat purchase and it was stress free and enjoyable! They answered every question, offered advice, thorough walk through the boat on pickup. Available when we needed them to answer a question by phone, text or email. Will highly recommend Andrew and the team at Team Vincent anytime!

I spent over 1.5 hours waiting to speak to a sales representative today. I traveled 45 minutes each way. I left empty handed due to the lack of customer service. I will spend my money at another sea-doo dealer. Waste of an afternoon. Save yourselves a trip and go elsewhere.

I have purchased a few machines here and these guys have always been good to me. Brady was great to deal with on my new RXT-X 300 and the service team are also great at keeping me on the water. I recently tried another service provider and had to bring it back to Team Vincent to have it looked at and fixed right. I would recommend these guys for both sales and service.

Purchased 2 ATVs now from Brady. The first one I purchased I first called dealers from all over southern Ontario and not a single other sales guy was as up front or as friendly, not to mention he gave me the absolute best price. Hes the only sales guy I'll ever deal with now. He's always on the ball. Gets you exactly what your looking for and makes every step of the purchasing process simple and easy. If your in the market for a BRP product Brady is your best choice to get you the exact product your looking for at the lowest price.

I have been dealing with these guys for 20 years now. Kinda like my second home. They help me keep the fleet rolling and rolling every year thanks Dave and all staff for the professional and wonderful customer service over the years.

Bought 2 new sleds off Dave couldn’t be happier! Even though one machines motor had gone just after the warranty was up Dave fixed it at no cost! When I got my machine back it was like the day I bought it. Thanks Dave and Team Vincent’s!

Horrible experience with this place.the sales guy I dealt with was horrible. He wouldn’t answer my emails or text for days, when he did he’d tell me the same song and dance that he is so swamped, he told my seadoo was up on the self and that is was on the show room floor. When I stopped in before making the deal I was shown the seadoo up on the shelf and I thought the colour looked different but it was hard to tell and the seadoo was very dusty. A few days later the sales guy finally answered my text telling me that it wasn’t the one on the shelf and in fact it was outside in the crate.fine. A few days goes by. I’ve been asking him to pick up the seadoo and still not getting any reply I get one back after 3 days and he tells me he’s so swapped and tired and tells me a screw scratch the side bumper and they would have to order new one. Ok np. The next few days I ASK him if I need to bring straps. So if I was new to seadoos and didn’t know I’d have to buy straps from their dealership or come back Then when I finally get to go pick up my seadoo I tell him I’ll be there between a time we agreed on I get there and the battery is not hooked up so he can’t show my the different things my seadoo has. Then doing a walk around I notice sticker peeled up (left side by gas filler). I point it out and he admits that they must have spilled gas on it. Also noticing the dealership is dead so he can’t be that swamped Over all a bad experience and I’ll never buy or bring my seadoo there again
