These guys are fantastic.

I’ve never done a review ever other than the occasional one for Amazon products. For me to do this review takes a lot and I am pleased to recommend them and let others know how great they are.

They care about customers and truly want to help. I am not great with technology and they were patient with me and said to come back again if I need further help.

I truly believe they are the best and can’t thank them enough for how they made me feel, their honesty, and patience.

The absolute worst customer service I have encountered in a while. Came in looking for accessories for iPhones and iPad, such as cases, screen protectors and cables, the rep was busy and rushed me so much to buy an Otterbox as if I was wasting his time, although I asked him that I needed a couple minutes to think about my purchase (and to look at more stuff meanwhile), he uncomfortably stared at me the whole time like I was wasting his time or like I would run away with the case. Regardless of how busy he was, at no point did I rush him nor was I unreasonable. I bought the Otterbox anyways because I need it, but I'll just go to another store looking for the rest. I can't believe that I wanted to come to tech emporium for the longest time due to the good reviews, but I walk away shocked of how poor their customer service is. They want you to grab your stuff, pay quickly and go away!

The guys at Tech Emporium are the best in town. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, and beyond polite! Called around and was given the best price, they beat out the other competitors in Burlington for a busted LCD on a Samsung S21 Ultra. Thanks so much guys, couldn't be happier! (Returning customer for sure)

I went to Best Buy for a repair on my ipad and was told it was $100 to just send it out to get an estimate for repair that would take at least 5 days. The guy at Geek Squad recommended me to take it to Tech Emporium. So I did and they were amazing! The gentlemen repaired the ipad literally on the spot and within 20 minutes and it was a fraction of what Best Buy wanted to charge. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that has any technical issues with their ipads, iphones & computers. Very Impressive Service.

So happy with the service I received at Tech Emporium. Abaid was super helpful & friendly, and the work was done so quickly! They will be my go-to from here on out.

Charged $200 to repair an Xbox series x HDMI port, returned it with the port disconnected from the board. Went back, got it attached to the board and was told that if it had another problem they would charge me another $200. Only a few days later, the port became loose again due to bad soldering. Now I have to go elsewhere, buy a new Xbox or pay another $200 because they will not fix a problem that they created. Do not use this business for Xbox repairs, the soldering is rushed and amateur!

Speedy service and their staff are very knowledgeable. Was able to accurately diagnose my hardware issue over the phone.
