Stopped by a few days ago and had my S9 repaired, front screen and back glass within hours. Was absolutely shocked they were able to do it the same day and had the parts in stock for such an old phone.

Horrible, they lost my Mac and didn’t return for 4 months. Then they told me it was 100$ more than what they quoted. They also messed up my Apple Watch.

I took my laptop pro to get serviced here as they advertise they are Apple Repair proficient. NOT SO. Total Lies.

My $4k laptop is worthless after bringing it to these people. They took out Apple parts and replaced them with garbage parts.
Apple at Mapleview Mall confirmed this as I took it there for diagnostic because it still didn't work after I brought it in to TECH GENIUS. TECH GENIUS IS NOT KNOWN BY APPLE AND NOT A KNOWN THIRD PARTY REPAIR SHOP.

Whats more THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK ON APPLE PRODUCTS AT ALL and openly lie about this. My laptop is beyond repair and total garbage and this "Repair " shop is to blame.

SHAME ON YOU.

Small shop with knowledge and friendly service. I was having some sound issues on my phone and they were able to perform a diagnostic to see what was happen while I waited. Thank you so much. Def a great place to hit up if you have any tech issues. They also sell some used phones and new accessories.

Where to start. When I first dropped off my ps5, I was told they’d diagnose the issue and I’d hear from them the next day by noon. At that time I was also told that If I’d had them do the repair after having diagnosed the problem, I wouldn’t be charged the 25$ fee, so the next day came, noon passed, so i eventually reached out around 2pm, to basically be told oh, it’s not really bad repairable in house and it was going to have to go in to “the warehouse” to be further examined and repaired, and asked if I wanted to proceed, and once again I’d be contacted once they’d figured out what the issue was asap. So another day passed, and another, until I once again had to reach out, to be told I’d be called right back, they would call and get ab update and call back with the info in a few minutes. This back and forth went on for 4-5 hours, not once was I reached out to, always just told I would be. Then finally I’m told the unit was unfixable, nothing could be done to repair it and the only solution was to replace the entire motherboard, and that it would be back the next day and I could come pick it up. So, I’m assuming their “diagnoses” was basically give jt a visual once over, examine the hdmi, find it was fine, and the. Determine the only other issue was a motherboard. No testing to components on the board, no attempt to replace the components, just deemed unfixable. So I finally was able to make it to the store to pick it up, just to have the guy try and charge me the 25 $ fee, despite having decided to have them repair it. Which I was told would have eliminate having to pay for it. To which I was given a bunch of attitude, but eventually someone who was in the back heard the back and forth and came out and personally waived the fee. It doesn’t end there, so I got home, and had been looking for anywhere else that would actually repair it, and figured hey, I’ll give it a shot, who knows maybe time worked some miracle.only to find that the unit no longer turns on, and when I dropped it off Xcode it turned on, the fan spun up And the leds lit up and blinked.now, it doesn’t turn on, the fan does nothing and the lights no longer work either. So not only did they fail to repair the device, they broke it much worse then it was to begin with and returned it without saying a word about it.

Extremely angry, and am being flat out ignored in my attempts to get an explaination via email. Ir I could give a lower rating I would.

The experience was great. Very smooth customer service and nice turnover of the service time. I have got crack on the screen of my surface laptop 3 and out-of-focus pixal phone camera, they have helped me fixed the issues without any problem. Would come again!

Brought in my IPhone 8 to get the screen fixed. The service was excellent and they fixed it so quickly. I thought there was something wrong with the home button when I got my phone back, went back to the store where they told me they actually put a new home button on it that works better (which is why it felt different to me). The guy working the front today was so helpful and kind, thanks for turning a bad day into a good one. Best service I have ever received for a phone repair:)
