Unprofessional and worst experience. Please avoid this place as you’ll waste your time.

I wanted to sell my iPhone11, which I spoke to them that it’s showing battery health at 83% over the phone. But, when I went there after driving for 40 mins, there was some other guy (very stupid), totally lost and unaware and said he won’t take it with stupid reason. They should be in sync with each other and who answers the call

Later same day I traded my phone with Apple for $260 for which that same in store was again trying to negotiate with STUPID reason. Loser!

Worst place to go, really unprofessional with hardly any knowledge of what they are doing. I wish I could give 0 rating.

I have been dealing with the owner for close to 7 years and do not regret this at all, he is a very kind and humble person

Anything to do with repair of any tech related gadgets, I do not have to think twice - honest advice and fair prices

I got repaired my iPhone 12 pro charging problem, they fixed it within 1 hour, excellent serivice.

Best sellers for Televisions. I bought a 65" OLED from these guys and they sent it in 2 weeks and it works perfect!

Mr. Khawar is a very helpful man and very honest as well. In these types of businesses, people are always scared of being overcharged but Mr. Khawar always gives genuine pricing. Been going to this shop since the last 5 years for many different reasons and have come out satisfied all the time!

Owner is very kind. I came to him with a problem with my phone that ended up needing a screen repair. He answered my questions and reassured my worries. On the same day, he finished the repair within 2 hours and i picked up my phone afterwards and it was working just as good as before.

I had my iPhone screen repaired here a few months back and ever since these guys preformed the service my phone hasn’t bin the same. My phone started freezing minimum 5-8 times a day wich has never happened to me before, they insisted it was a software issue and that its bin happening to all iPhone users. My torch on the Lock Screen stopped working, the speaker at the bottom of my phone stopped working and then slowly over the course of about a month the top speaker also stopped working so I could no longer make phone calls without a headset and my alarm didn’t even work on my phone anymore cause none of the speakers were working. I have no idea what these guys have done to my phone but I highly recommend you DO NOT come here for any phone repair. My phone has continued to diminish since getting my phone screen repaired here. My phone no longer reads my SIM card and I can only use it for wifi now. I don’t know what these guys have done to my phone but I went in needing a screen repair and at this point my speakers no longer work at all. My torch on the Home Screen does not work as well as the camera button on the Home Screen. It won’t allow me to update the phone, and now it no longer reads my SIM card. Thanks to tech n sell i now have a lot more problems with my phone then when I originally came in for just a screen repair.

I have been going here for years and the customer service has always been impeccable. They are extremely efficient in resolving any phone issues at a fair price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new/used phone or looking to get your current phone fixed ASAP at a reasonable price.

The nicest people ever! I went in there for an emergency and they were so quick and helpful and very kind - my go to place now!

Worst service center and waste of money.
I took my laptop with charging complaint and they took $110 as service charges and from next day it stopped working. When I asked them its charger problem and even they didn't see my laptop
I advise better to avoid this.

Worst customer service. Got my screen repaired for iPhone X. They mentioned it has a warranty of 90 days which doesn’t include physical damage. After 2 days I saw a black line on my screen and went it to have it fixed, as per the warranty. The owners told me, the black line is due to physical damage or by putting excessive pressure on screen while it was in my pocket. All I did was charge my phone and kept it aside as I was using a spare phone. I was called a liar, a fraud and someone who does not understand the meaning of physical damage. I still insisted and told them that I am telling the truth and they threatened me to leave the store otherwise they will call the police. The owner, including the employees were very rude and kept on degrading me by calling a liar and a fraud.

I would not recommend anyone to get there iPhone screen repaired from them. (Cost for repair $120).

Hope this review will abstain ppl from repairing there screens from this store.

This guy is a scam. Will definitely low ball you if you try to sell to him. His phone prices are also wayyy too high.

Quick service. Wanted a refurbished computer. Got it immediately. Quick with fixes too. Gave a good bargain too

Workers are all very welcoming. I paid $96 bucks with tax to get my laptop to reset (I can’t tell if I’m ripped off since I’m not that techy) but very happy that I now have my laptop back. I badly needed it back due to school. I had a bitlocker problem where I went to staples first to have them reset my laptop with hopefully all my data back.staples charged me $67 bucks for “diagnosis” aka they didn’t actually do anything to it, they had my laptop for 2 days- NOTHING. Originally supposed to be $150 with no guarantee to have my data back, if successful. I was gonna wait 4-6 weeks to get it back. I went to these tech n sell guys and they reset my laptop with only a couple hours needed. Bless them

Khawer helped me with my cell transactions. Must say these guys know their things. Bought and sold there.

Have an opportunity to visit the store on my friends advice and feels extremely satisfied with the services. It’s my first visit to Tech N Sell and I don’t know anyone in the store but the way the person over the counter treated was best example of marketing and professional service in response to the problem I have with my laptop.
The staff was very cordial and friendly.

Consistent disrespect from the employees, and every single time i have fixed my phone there (7-10 times) the phone has broke again within a week.which works out perfectly for their "NO REFUND" policy, definitely do not reccomend bringing your most important devices here to fix, as they will also overcharge you for something that they charge other people much less for. Typical con artist type of business

Theives! They stole my dad's Huawei phone which he took in to repair. All they do is scam their customers. The phone fell into the water and my dad took it in to get it repaired and they said to leave the phone with them and they would get it repaired and call us back once it gets repaired. We would call them to ask if it was repaired and they would never pick up our call and my dad went in today and showed the receipt and they said they couldn't find the phone. How could you not find a phone that was taken in to get repaired? They most likely sold it to another person and made profit off of it. If business is doing so badly there are other ways of making money, not by scamming people! Thanks for the horrible experience!

Poor service. Went in to sell my iphone 11 pro and they asked me how much i want to sell it for.i insisted that they should give me a price but instead they kept on asking how much i want? So i said 1000 which was little steep but they started laughing instead and said they don’t want to give any price because they don’t have any negotiation window. At least give a price to your customer to see if he/she is willing to take it or no. Would never go back to this place or recommend anybody.

Reply: so u dont even want to give me any price? And yes u laughed at me and were disrespectful. Phone is still under warranty till september 24,2020.how is that out of warranty?

Would not buy anything from this place
Went there for my android box to change it to an iptv and nothing works on it. Went back to get a refund gave me back some of my money charge me for one month of usage and can't get any TV channels and sports channels.
What a RIP off company never going back there again for anything.

Bunch of scammers sitting there with no honesty. They take your money claiming they can fix your device and when they cant fix it they just blame it on the device and blame it on you for "not knowing how the device works". If your device is broken I'd suggest throw it away rather than going to these scammers and wasting your money. Stay away from them.

They short change you on prices if you are not careful. Otherwise I appreciate the attempt at offering services.

The guy at the desk is very nice. Helped me with my cell phone free of cost and gave an advice where he clearly wasnt making any money

Waited for days to get my phone fixed and when I went back to pick it up, they didn’t even start working on it.
They have no concept on how to prioritize their jobs! I will never go back.

My Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop screen was not seen clearly. I went to Tech n Sell and the owner was very courteous and understanding. The laptop screen was changed and i am happy about it and it was done at a reasonable price. My laptop was about 11 years old and still it was done. Very good service, courteous staff and owner.

Treated me as a valuable customer and did everything they could to help me, as I was sold a defected motherboard by Asus. Although, it was impossible to fix my laptop as the parts are still new and there were no vendors that had them, they really considered how it would feel if they were in my shoes and did everything they could to help me out. Manager here is very sympathetic and understand how costly it can be to the average citizen to invest more into what you already brought. They have very reasonable prices and have very kind hearts! I know this is the place I will go to when I need something fixed! Thanks again!

Very courteous and good customer service but questionable competence. Took in my Samsung phone because it would not switch on. Gentleman "plugged in" his charger, he even tried with wireless charger, to no avail. So he said the battery needed replacing and with labor would cost $85. I said I'd think about it and left. At home, I realized my own charger cord was improperly connected to the plug. I reconnect it properly. Phone starts charging and all is working normally.
I leave it to your judgement if it's a question of competence or ethics. I wish them all the best but will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible place. My phone SIM tray broke leaving the SIM only inside the phone, after going there yesterday without getting service, i was asked to return this morning by 9am as the supposed technician would be there then and repairs will be 1 hour tops. My phone was working perfectly meanwhile before the SIM tray broke while I was trying to switch sims. Anyway, 9am today, i didn't meet any technichan rather the owner who said I should come by 3pm to pick up phone and the so called technician who is the one to fix the phone would have finished and the phone will be working perfectly. Eager to get back my phone for work, i rush back by 3pm only to see the phone wasn't fixed, and owner claimed they could only remove the sim then saw the sim slot was now bad and I should leave the phone overnight to fix. At this point, I'm irate and no longer confident in their services so I leave and later find out the phone was never opened up for fixing. The owner probably forced out the SIM card thus spoiling the SIM slot. I never for once saw any technician and I seriously doubt he exists. No wonder the shoddy fixes. Anyway, i now have no phone and have to buy a new phone all because of their mediocre service. Oh, and the owner should absolutely not be in front attending to people. He was quite rude, avoiding questions and generally not helpful atall.
