Purchased washer and dryer, open box, unused, small scratches from likely previous transport, as can be expected with open box. Price was better than anywhere. No problems with the store, employees or merchandise (so far, knock on wood). Will strongly consider additional appliances from them in the future.

They sold me a used chest freezer and the boy who sold it to us put his arm over a huge crack to hide it. When I got home and noticed it they refused any return or refund. This business has no integrity, run.

Salesman was very dishonest, the products may not work and they don't allow a refund. Bought a tv from them, not as advertised, pixel damage even after they tell you it's in perfect working condition. These people are lying and selling garbage

Item damage much worse than advertised. Intentionally misrepresented the appliance I was buying, got home to realize they were hiding most of the damage. Refused to allow a return. Shop elsewhere or proceeded with caution, they will lie to you.

Very shady people. Would not allow a return even though the item they just sold me had much more extensive damage than advertised. Shop elsewhere these products are trash.

They don’t offer any refund to your card and deduct 13% from the refund if you pay by credit card, and offer only cash. I paid money for an ac and I asked for a refund as I got better price at Bestbuy and when asked for refund they told me to come back the next day and when I went and asked them to refund on card they simply said it’s a 1 hour long process and they can’t take payments as they have only one machine and offered refund by cash with 13% deduction.

These guys are really a scammers. I will officially going to make a consumer complaint against you guys. We bought a fridge and it’s useless as it’s not even working properly. These guys are manipulating

Hid the damage on my appliance while showing it to me. Refused to allow a return/refund. Very shady people, do not trust this business they are just trying to sell you broken things and they don't care about the customer.

Don't go here, they advertised one price. I called and confirmed 30 minutes before I went. When I asked for the dishwasher he told me it was 85$ more. That the one in the ad has lots of flaws, and these are better units. Go somewhere else. Shady business practises.

What a TERRIBLE business.
We have been buying product from SOHAL for over 4 months. He tells us we have a 3 month warranty and brand new product!
But wait till you have a problem, he says “bring it in we will take a look” but also say “it’s usually something the customer is doing wrong, not us” BULL - OWN UP SOHAL!
We paid for a product, took it in to get repaired and get told we can pick it up on Tuesday! Tuesday comes oh wait, it’s not ready it’s completely broken and could cause a FIRE if we take it back! He has had the product for over a week and still nothing, he’s got a warehouse full of new machines. The least he can do is exchange for a fully new working machine! Instead he screws us around and says “give me the fing money and take a new one”

A good place to get new appliances, with dents or some barely noticeable defect, for a low price. You are not going to find something if you are specifically looking for it. But you will be surprised with what you do find there.

Sure there are open box deals. Bait and Switch Ads exist to get people in that are sold out. Others comment on long drives to find nothing of what was listed online. Call first to verify and ask to hold an item. Otherwise it is a waste of time, money, energy to go there.specific models be firm. Staff seem indifferent to customers. Not a good business attitude, simply - buy low, sell higher. Hit and miss on gems or lemons that you will find there.

They post ads on kijiji then go in to the store for them to tell you we dont sell that here. Great business plan.

I was looking for a portable washing machine for my small apartment, found this warehouse and got a brand new portable washer for $349 no tax! I was looking on kijiji and most of them were over $200 used! This warehouse is full of electronics! They have good deals would definitely go back!

I have had no problem with them. I bought a portable washing machine, it was good for a few weeks then flooded my apartment. I called them they said bring it in so I did. I also got a 3 month warranty. The next day they called around 1pm and said it was ready to be picked up, all it was, was a loose hose. They fixed it and now it's back to how it's supposed to work amazing

Refurbished items dont buy from here if u want to exchange they started arguments and asking more price to get brand new even if they say get another one

Don't be driven away by the negative reviews. Make sure to do your own research based on the product you are looking for and actually go there to physically check out the product and pricing. Amazing deals to be had on open box, scratch/dent, and damaged packaging/products. Don't expect brand new items like you would find at big box stores. Most products are practically brand new but likely have imperfections of some sort. If it works out for you and you're saving money, why not. I had a good experience with purchase of brand new open box appliances for almost half price, and they came with 6 months warranty.

Fraud business selling used and refurbished items for the price of new ones. No warranty on anything. Will not recommend!

Complete waste of time.staff is too busy conversing amongst themselves and playing on their cellphones to actually care if your a customer or not. I drove 1 1/2hrs to get here for a item they advertised in several styles. Not a one in stock.all I saw was junk and bad manners.this place does not want customers from the look of it. They also advertised that they open at 10am weekdays, at 11.00am they were still saying they open in 20mins. I don't recommend this place at all to anyone.total waste of my time.

This is the place if you are running away from big companies ripping off your money for air conditioner, I heard of this place at Facebook market place and went there to purchase my portable air conditioner and wow was I amazed or what i have 14000 Arctic king portable air conditioner and is cooling like I can't take it anymore I have to turn in off it is too cold.

Not worth going in there.merchandise sold is most likely not working or has problems.save yourself the time. Could not post this without giving at least one star.believe me I wouldn't even give one star.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My MIL bought a TV here, we had it at our place IN THE BOX for over a week, we had to set it up for her because she has vision loss and it took us some time to actually get over there to hook it up.

When we took it out of the box it was broken, a piece missing in the back. The customer service was probably the worst that my husband has ever received. They were rude, belligerent, self righteous and TOLD HIM that we did this and that they do not sell broken TV’s or any product for that matter. **Funny, while he was there, another man was returning a broken product**

They finally agreed to fix it, went to pick it up. Rude again, the tech was the only personable person there. They turned it on, we should have known better because when we got it set up at my MIL’s the TV had no sound!

In light of not wanting to back to this place, I will be calling the better business bureau and may even contact the news to run a story on this place for scamming innocent customers.

Read the reviews they are horrible, and it sounds like they sell a lot of products that are not up to standards.

Bought a microwave and was missing parts; went to the store and they say they will provide the parts in two weeks. Two weeks came and they said they still trying to get it. A week after that no response, warranty expires after 90 days and now im SOL on the missing microwave part. Buyer beware

Cheap place for amazing products. They beat Walmart and best buy! Some stuff have damaged boxes but inside is brand new products!

Bought Dash Cam. 19.99 No tax. Looks and works great. Everything inside is very well priced. Some items may not look factory fresh but the products will work as if it was. Test products out, Im sure a lot of items are refurbished or on sale cause the box got bamged up during delivery-handling process. Cant beat their prices though. They'll even beat best buy.

The boss was changing the price of my item by $20 every 5 mins. Quite ridiculous. I would like to thank the customer service representative who was assisting with finding the correct product for me.

Worst Place Ever. The sales person lies on your face. I even showed the advertisement they placed on Kijiji. He had the washing machines available and said no they wrote wrong prices. The models and names even matched and he did not accept.

Never trust their ads and no need to waste your time by going there.

Dont go to this place the owner is a idiot him and his staff are not knowledgeable about the products they are selling at marked up prices or discontinued completely always consult the internet before buying if you decide to for whatever reason as you most definately will find it at a better price or find it to be a old model and discontinued. If you confront him on something being wrong he will curse you off claiming he knows better than you on top of their horrible customer service and will tell to go buy it for the cheaper price will not match it all the while calling you assorted names and claiming your stupid. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER he takes advantage of the unknoledgable it seems great on the surface but really is a great big scam
