At first it seemed like a decent store. But it seems to be lacking in customer service. We did buy a headset here for $22.58 including tax. When we got home and opened the box the headset cord was cut. We called the store and they said we could only exchange on the same day we bought it. So we went back to the store immediately. We were aware that they don't give refunds. We had to get the same product which was "open box" and half the price ($12 plus tax). We weren't compensated for the balance amount. You might find good deals here but you must be sure before you leave the store that the product is not damaged.

I came to the store wanting to bike with an un-assembled bike box but it was bigger and heavier than I expected. Staff offered to give me a ride after the store closed, very friendly!

Great as always. Just discovered this location and spent more than intended, should have, and truthfully; I can afford. But being 100% honest. I don't regret it at all.
