Had a spill on my laptop that rendered most of the keys nonfunctional. By the time the new parts arrived, it only took 3 days for my keyboard to be replaced. The whole time I felt in very good hands. I had gone into other stores asking about estimated repair times and costs and none were assuring as tech-sycn. I never felt like I was being jipped or scammed with the owner. Other stores we walked into said we needed the original laptop box and would have to leave it for a month and could not guarantee repair costs. Tech-sync took me as a walk in and was very open throughout the entire repair process about when parts were estimated to arrive and when my laptop would be ready for pick up. Overall felt certain the whole time that I was getting the best service and the best price. If anyone is hesitant or looking at other repair places I can 100% recommend this store to anyone as the best service in the area.

Best cell phone repair experience to date. I texted Ali and he met me the next day and did 3 repairs for me: he fixed my waterlogged iPhone 11, a smashed iPhone 8 Plus and an iPhone 6 that needed a new battery. He did the repairs for a reasonable price and applied screen protectors to all 3.

I also bought a webcam from Ali and it was cheap and works great! I will definitely be returning!

I've always had a great experience when dealing with Ali at Tech-Sync in Mississauga, his technical knowledge with electronics is impressive, when he says "leave it with me, I'll fix it " it assures me and I feel confident and he's proven to get it done. His vast assortment of products and gadgets leaves nothing to the imagination. He carries the latest and greatest product trends. His shop is usually open late which makes it convenient when dropping by after work. Very reasonable and Great service.

I discovered this store by chance. However the result of my discovery was, is now my new hidden treasure. What was accomplished at this store others wasn't able to do. I'm very satisfied with the service and the Technical support.

I first went here for a phone screen repair and it was the fastest service. I was so relieved since I thought to go to the apple store. Ali did it for me in less than 40 minutes and gave me a phone screen protector for a great price. Very accommodating and responsive. I recommend calling or texting him first. His store hours are flexible. I’ve been to him as well for my computer and laptop concerns and I’ve never had to leave it at his store. He’s always fixed them within a very short time and for a very reasonable price. He has all sorts of phone accessories, small home appliances and tech equipment. There are also some (vintage for us these days) androids, blackberry and apple. And some nice sports apparel and other mostly for men accessories.
Bonus: If you’re a dog lover, his assistant is a total charmer and worth the visit and wait.

I was desperate to find someone to fix my laptop. It was just purchased last year and my daughter broke the screen. After calling the manufacturer of the computer and finding names of the distributors. I contacted all of them. None of them had the part! I went to a couple of stores including Best Buy and they couldn't help me and told me to just "work with the broken screen" and not get it fixed. I found Tech-Sync coincidentally and the Owner assured me he could find the screen part! Within a few weeks, my laptop looked like new and was fixed. I was amazed at the Owner's professionalism, flexibility to work around my schedule, resourcefulness, and prompt service. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and I even got the screens of two other iPad's fixed too! I would highly recommend Tech-Sync Inc to anybody looking to fix their devices.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I got here. Had a major issue with my phone and was terrified of losing all my data. Ali was super fantastic and took me in asap, really late at night. We had an issue getting a specific part needed but he took care of the problem as quick as he could and for an incredibly reasonable price. My iPhone 7 had a charging problem. I took it to the Apple Store and they run the standard diagnostics. They said the phone was not fixable and tried to sell me a new phone.
Then I took it to Ali's store Tech-Sync Inc, in Streetsville. He just replaced the charger flex in 45 mins. Now my phone has still life to live. It will work at least one more year, hopefully more.
I totally recommend Ali for your phone repairs. He was honest, straightforward and fast.

All in all, an all one-stop shop. If your looking for any electronics or repair your phone at decent rate compared to other retailers. I bought an IPad for my business and Apple watch for my dad. My business and my Dad are happy. Ali was very polite and accommodating for what I was looking for. Definitely recommend.

Great location, excellent service. I’ve gone to Ali the owner with tech issues and had my devices fixed/resolved within 24 hours. On top of the speedy, efficient and high quality of service he offers for repairs there is an insane amount of products to purchase at the shop. If you can think of it he probably has it for sale and if he doesn’t he will outsource and ensure you leave the store happy and with whatever it is you wished for. I encourage everyone and anyone to check out this shop. My Iphone speaker broke, after a going to a few other shops with no luck on repair i came to the shop in Streetsvile. Took several attempts, but ALI was able to fix my phone. Great service! Reasonable price!

My android fried out after it got wet leaving me stranded without Uber and unable to get anywhere; this store repaired my phone much faster (less than 2 days) and cheaper than it would have cost had I claimed it on my insurance. Great service too. Very impressed.
