Went there a couple of times. They were able to fix hardware and software issues quickly. They quality of service and parts is much better than other places at an affordable price.

My old MacBook Air battery needed a change and Tech Titans pretty much had it done with a day or two without complications even though the laptop was years old and they had to order the new battery!

Same day repair is a myth - I brought my phone and my laptop sometime before 2pm and I specifically asked if they can be fixed the same day. They told me to come back in 90 minutes. I came back two hours later and found out that not only they didn't even take a look at my laptop but they couldn't bother to call me and tell me they never had such plans. They were nonchalant, non-apologetic and non-committal: "Come back on Monday and maybe we can fix it; or maybe not. "

Given this disrespectful attitude, it is hard to believe the over-the-top reviews I see here. Proceed with caution - they will troll you at whim!

Got my iphone back glass repair here. Amazing service with a price cheaper than most other repair shops. I 100% recommend this place over any others

I found Tech Titans online to have my HP laptop reinstalled. We spoke over the phone and I met Ahmed in person on the same day. He gave me a very reasonable price and I got my laptop back (within a few days), cleaned, fixed and in tip-top condition. Very professional and outstanding work! My laptop is super fast and he even advised me on how long I can use it. They also have a lot of other computer related and phone related products. I bought a wireless phone charger since I have Android and an iphone as a work phone. Definitely my go-to tech shop for anything. 11/10 would recommend!

I found Tech Titans from a google search of “iPad air 3 repair, Scarborough”. I did not have any prior recommendations.

I dealt primarily with Ahmed, first on a phone quote and also in person for the repairs.

He replaced an iPad Air 3 charging port. We are happy with the service, and everything is working as expected. He even addressed an offset home button at no extra cost.

Ahmed gave us realistic turnaround time, and followed through.

His quote for service was also both reasonable and the same upon completion.

So happy with their service. They are friendly, reasonable and deliver quality.

Bonus: the iPad was returned absolutely spotless, including a part of the screen I really had difficulty cleaning. Will definitely return and will recommend to anyone who needs repairs

I received a lower price quote compared to the general price point due to a misunderstanding about the model name during a phone call. Despite clarifying the error, they honored the quoted price, demonstrating their commitment to their word.

Excellent service overall! Completed a PC diagnostic and PSU replacement in little over a week and charged only 50-60$ above the price of the PSU. When I picked up the PC, a USB dongle was left at the store. Tech Titans actually drove over to where I live to deliver the dongle.
