Amazing products, great deals. I got a refurbished Macbook pro from this store, good as new both in function and physical condition. Its now been a year and it has been running just as good as the day i got it. Highly recommend this store, the owner is very kind and knowledgeable and the products are reliable and incredibly well-priced. I brought in my Acer laptop for repairs earlier this year, and the business owner was able to resolve my issue promptly and efficiently. Soon after, however, I had the same issue come up and I was provided with extremely prompt and thoughtful service; I was provided with a new charger free of cost and my laptop was dropped off to me at home to save me a trip. Fast forward a few months and I have run into another issue, and I went in for a quick visit - I left with another new charger (FREE), and walked out as a lifelong loyal customer of this spot!
I would highly recommend this store for computer repair - they clearly care greatly about their customers and the service that they provide, even months later they felt obliged to help me with a new issue that arose -when they could have charged me, they instead just did whatever they could to help and resolve the issue free of charge.
