Alex was extremely kind, he said the phone will be done in 45 minutes. I asked where the closest Tim’s was and he told me and I showed back up in 35 minutes, he said it’s almost ready and 2 minutes later I had phone in hand walking out the door.

Terrible experience. I visited this shop today evening for buying a used bike as per the conversation with Denesh (salesman said he is the owner). He asked me to visit the shop when I enquired the details of the available bikes. When I visited the store, they were showing some damaged bike parts including broken rims for 170CAD (not even an assembled bike) instead of what they showed in their add. I wasted my time traveling from Scarborough to Oakville.

Amazing experience dealing with Alex bright n early on a Monday morning (today)! My cell phone wouldn’t connect to the charger. He swooped up the phone, investigated carefully, asked questions and voila fixed it like a charm!

Mediocre experience. Ordered adjustable dumbbells and stand. Dumbbells appear good so far but the stand is not. Many issues:
-instructions out of date, calling for incorrect sizing of tools needed
-they did not send enough washers. Had to go to Home Depot and buy more
-instructions call for 4 different sizes of bolts and they only sent 2
-straps to support dumbbells are too short and cheap
-getting some parts together to assemble the stand required two people. Had to squeeze parts together tightly while my wife worked to put bolts in. Don't see that in assembly instructions
Reached out to company. No response. Spend your money elsewhere

Never been so disappointed in my life I order a set of adjustable dumbbells with bench and I waited a week and called to have them refund my order due to not being able to ship to the rural area I'm from it took you a week to figure that out? What kind of customer service is that I would like to say avoid this company when it comes to purchasing from their online store I'm not sure about in person but horrible experience for me also I've noticed in their reviews they are stating that this store has nothing to do with their retail store well yes it does I even called this store to ask them to cheak my order and they did honestly think it's a scam at this point.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Ordered adjustable dumbbells via an Instagram ad back in Feb.it is now MAY, and these weights are nowhere to be found. Not even UPS knows where they are. I guess it is my own fault, I mean look at the pictures of this place. Not even worth the hassle to try and get a refund. It’s either $400 down the drain, or maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised when these weights show up next year. Not holding my breath though.

We purchased dumbbells for my son online with estimated shipping date of May 5th. On May 6th I get "shipping notification" but only the label has been generated, and zero progress from there. This is a very shady practice that I have seen used in items shipped on Amazon, but I did not expect this from a Canadian retailer. No response to email either. Highly disappointing.

This computer tech store was really helpful. We had asked the staff at Techville to assemble our supplied computer components into a finished working unit. I purchased the YESOUL bike from Techville 12 days ago and today I saw the price has dropped on their website. I called the store, and the store manager, Mohammed, was very understanding in the situation. He offered to provide a store credit to me for my next purchase. Although it is not for the exact price difference, I think this store operates with integrity and try to provide their customer with the best shopping experience. I recommend this company.

Bought a xiaomi scooter from their online store, called the next day to make sure it was in stock as there were some comments on the stock glitch on their online store. The service rep was super friendly and even asked for my name to make sure my order goes out on the same business day. UPS was super fast (next day delivery). Overall really good experience! However be aware the scooter only comes with a chinese manual, luckily I am fluent in chinese lmao or else i would be scratching my head for hours.

I was there in 2015 to get my phone unlocked before I boarded my flight. Since I couldn't leave my phone with them, we agreed that I would pay 50 dollars and they would email me my unlock code so I could do it myself during my trip. I wrote down my email clearly and even read it out to the woman behind the counter to make sure she could read it. I never heard from them. Luckily I was still able to get by on my trip but it wasn't great service to take my money for nothing. They could have at least returned it.

This place is a scam on line. Don’t buy anything from them on the website, they are also registered as Feel Pure AND 273-2155 Ontario Inc. I ordered a treadmill from them, they took my money, never shipped the item, never returned any emails and when I tried phoning they kept saying that they were closed, I put in a complaint with PayPal and they ruled in my favor, I am currently reporting all three businesses to better bureau, do not buy online products from them,

Beware. Product may not be in stock. Ordered yesoul bike online Jan. 1/21 (stated product in stock available for in store pick up by Jan. 15) and was informed today it would not be in until March. We called in to follow up previously and were told it was in a warehouse here and would arrive soon. Apparently all they can do is issue a refund. Very unhappy with lack of honesty and communication. Had I known this bike was not in stock I would have ordered elsewhere. Plus we did not even receive contact to let us know we would be waiting over 2 months. We had to call to find out. Poor customer service. Can’t rate the product.

UPDATE:
Owner explained a glitch in the online system was responsible for incorrect product availability status and apologized for the miscommunication. Was happy to see they acknowledged the inconvenience and inaccurate communication. They also offered me a bike in a different colour that was in stock and I gladly accepted. Thank you for finding an alternate solution and following up with me to address my concerns.

I have been looking for a place to repair my phone screen for awhile and was recomened to go here. They are AMAZING, very professional, great customer service, and quick. I worked with Rathees who was very kind. The screen was replaced within 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend.

I've never had a bad experience - the staff are always professional, patient and willing to talk through solutions. The work has always been great and it's the first place we think of when we have a tech problem. One time I had to have a speaker replaced in my laptop and a few weeks later it stopped working again, and they replaced it a second time at no charge. Only negative is that they are very popular so sometimes takes a while to get your item repaired, but otherwise a great local find.

Blonde Alex, the tech whiz, is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and accommodating. Pricey screen repair (still cheaper than Apple) completed in an hour and a half with a six month warranty:) Highly recommend and will return here for sure!

My phone screen was shattered and I brought it into Techville. Alex, the young man at the front desk was amazing! He got everything fixed up within an hour! The professionalism, speed and efficiency of Techville and in particular Alex was a welcome change to recent experiences at other merchants. Customer service is alive and well here at Techville. I had a memory card stuck in my Canon camera. I was worried I'd either have an issue with the card breaking or ruin the camera. I went over to Techville to see if they could give me a hand. Staff are friendly but product quality is poor. Purchased tempered glass for my phone. They installed it. Ever since installation the glass makes popping sounds from air being trapped underneath. Eventually glass popped off. I didn't appreciate them asking for a 5 star rating on the spot in exchange for a free product after another staff member said it's free without a rating. $50 down the drain for 2 phones. I didn't even get to keep the boxes from the tempered glass as they threw it out without asking if we wanted to keep them. Did they even use the correct glass for my phone? Seems shady.

I’m doing my best to write a fair review about Techville especially after seeing that the majority of the reviews on here are positive but the truth is my experience could have been much better than it was if the company had simply admitted it was their error from the beginning.

I spoke with 2 different employees in the store and they were extremely pleasant and professional. However, after a repair was done without my authorization to proceed, I submitted a complaint to Mohammed, the manager by email. I had to follow up more than once when my email wasn’t replied to and my call not returned. When we did speak, the conversation turned completely unprofessional and spanned 3 phone calls because he had to go back and speak with the owner Danesh twice. I listened while Mohammed told me they would “undo the repair if I wanted a refund” and then asked how much I thought I should pay since they cannot do repairs for free! Seriously? I could not believe he actually said that to me and that he thought I would bring back my phone to have them do more work on it!

When you repair a customer’s product without their authorization to proceed with the repair, it’s a company’s responsibility to make things right. That is the cost of doing business!

They finally did refund me only after I refused to give up.

I’ve used them in the past and they did great work and I like to support local businesses but this whole experience has made me extremely wary about using their services in the future. It’s a shame because all they had to do was the right thing at the very beginning.

I've been there four separate times and each time the staff have been friendly, direct, and have gone above and beyond to help me out, whether it was sorting out a new harddrive for my laptop, or to replace a missing screw.

Cannot rave about this place enough if you have computer problems.

Highly recommended Techville for all your computer needs for all your computer needs. I had a problem with my Mac Mini so I went Apple in Burlington, their so-called geniuses who know nothing about computers are just salespeople they were trying to sell me another computer, so I went to Techville and within no time diagnose repaired and save my Mac Mini by just replacing the hard drive. They save me money. I Highly recommend this place if you have Apple products do not go anywhere else thank you so much Techville staff.

THEY BROKE MY PHONE MORE! I brought my phone in to be looked at before I had to return home, hoping it would be a quick fix. However that wasnt the case. When I returned home I brought my phone to a similiar store. During his check of the phone he noticed that the battery had been unglued and the connector ripped off. As well they forced the screen back in totally destroying the motherboard! It is now an extremely costly repair so I am forced to buy a new phone. Please save yourself the time and find somewhere else. I tried speaking to the manager and he was of no help at all and had a poor attitude.

I came in for a simple repair and was quoted $225, without even looking at the device. I challenged the price knowing the price of parts and expected time to complete the work and was met with "how much do you expect it to cost, its a lot more than that just for the part". They would not even sell me the part separately. I walked across the road and bought the part for $30 dollars went home and repaired it myself in under 8 minutes. Even if you add the time I spent diagnosing the problem was still an easy fix!

As an employee with a working relationship with this company I have to say - do your research and steer clear of this place. We have sent hundreds of customers over to them for repairs and I bring in a laptop valued at 600$ and get low balled at 200$ so these robbers can mark it up 2-300 so they can “have margin” as they say. I’ve been working in this field for a long time and to be treated so poorly by the MANAGER is disgusting. They will be losing the business of the company I work for as I will no longer be referring customers and will ensure my fellow staff members do not refer either. Take your business elsewhere people.

Response to Reply- The fact that you would reply and LIE to people online to try and cover yourselves to SEEM as though you are courteous and polite (your words) is sad- The manager that I spoke to barely said anything to me other than "cant do it" and there was ZERO explaination as to the reasoning behind the price offered other than " we need margins''- The device which you apparently needed to account cost of warranty into still has half a year of MANUFACTURER warranty which would be provided at no cost to your business. - The box had the purchase date right on it. Your manager could not even be bothered to take the device out of the box to see that it was in like new condition with very few battery cycles. My knowledge was diminished and I was made to feel as though I was not valued. The reason this business is successful is because people are desperate to sell and dont take the time to do their research. A FAIR offer would have been in the $300 or so range and marked up to $450-500 - Type up whatever nonsense you want on here but facts are facts.

I couldn't be more impressed by their professionalism! Fixed my seemingly without hope Samsung (screen almost entirely black and unusable) within a few hours. Left my Macbook with them also, and already know with confidence that they'll be able to repair it. I am incredibly happy and want to say a special thank you to Eddy for going above and beyond my expectations. Not cheap by any means, but based on my experience today, worth every penny.

I was amazed my phone was repaired. Dropped in a pool while on vacation and had to wait 4 days until I could get back to repair it. I did all the wrong things you read about after you drop a phone in water and had resolved myself to have lost my pictures and have a dead phone. With no guarentees but “we will do our best commitment” from the guy at the service counter I was forced to wait patiently for news of the repair which took 5 sleepless nights.today I was elated to learn that the phone was fixed and my data was rescued. Amazing! It was worth every penny spent. Thank you techville.

Twice I've been given misinformation about a technical issue I've had with my phone. The estimates they gave were also excessive ($200 to replace my defective cell phone camera after looking at it for three minutes. Got it replaced for $60 down the road.)

Great service! I had passport photos taken for a Russian visa that were the wrong size. It was my fault. I
assumed they were the same size as a Canadian passport. They helpfully were able to use the same photo and resize it to the correct dimensions. No charge. Thank you very much.

Only choose 1 star cause it won't post without choosing one. Honestly believe that staff do not know anything about phones and how to fix them. I went there to get my phone fixed as the screen turned black. They told me that the LCD was broke. Less than 2 months after getting it fixed the screen turned black again. They told me it was not covered under warranty as it was my fault cause they said I dropped it. I know for a fact that I did not drop it. After arguing with them manager offered to fix it for $60. When I got my phone back I was not able to connect to my service. Took them close to a week to figure out how to get service back on my phone. Now less than 2 months later the screen is black again. This time they say its not covered cause it has been damaged by the charger. Really, a Samsung charger is breaking a Samsung phone. Do they even know how phones work. Will not be giving them service and needless to say did not pay them to temporarily fix my phone for 2 months. Unbelievable.
