Words are not sufficient to describe the medical negligence by Dr. Hamzat, Kehinde. I took my toddler daughter to the clinic due to high recurring fever which I was managing by rotating between tyelnol and advil. When the doctor came to see her, she was calm and was not fussy or crying and let him do all medical examination. He sent us back saying viral can last upto 3 weeks. Just to keep on giving advil and tyelnol. The next day, my toddler's both ears started dripping pus while having lunch. It was staining the shoulders area of her shirt that she was wearing. I quickly hurried to take her back to the same clinic and saw the same doc. He was unapologetic and dodged my question on why there was a missed diagnosis on the previous day. We have been suffering for over 5 days and she still has high fever and in so much pain due to this missed diagnosis. I am hoping that her fever will subside now that she is on antibiotics (plus advil and tyelnol). I will be reporting this doctor to all necessary bodies. This kind of negligence, especially towards a young patient, with no words of remorse or apology and a complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Staff are rude, unfriendly and just sad.
Doctor did not listen to my symptoms and gave me medication for allergies when im suffering for going on two weeks of fighting cold/flu symptoms and my children are passing me things from daycare. I do not need allergy medication!

The nurses and doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. There can be a long wait, but that's reasonable with triage. When I can't get to my doctor, and I need someone urgently, this is a convenient option.

My son had a Baseball injury to the finger which required x ray and sutures. They took him in right away - from the moment we walked through the waiting room to the very end of the visit was top notch. Dr Kenny and his staff were amazing! Thank you

I fractured my ankle in 3 spots falling on ice. From the beginning of arrival to the time I left everyone in the clinic area was amazing. Including the X-ray office right down the hall that was extremely convenient in my case. Thanks everyone! Stay amazing!

I went to get a note for blood checkup for my certain illness for which I have been taking medicines from years now, and to get the medicines Il have to do a blood test, based on the reports or blood levels I get medicines. I did mention DR. KEHINDE HAMZAT about this, and he wasn’t ready to prescribe me a blood test. He was rude and started boasting that he’s a doctor since 20 years. He wasn’t even ready to listen to the patient. And question me how I know that I do have this illness when in fact I did mention that I do take medications for this and have been checking my blood reports frequently, just to keep a track on whether the dosage should be increased or decreased. I guess the doctor needs to be humble enough to treat his patients.

Negative five stars for Dr. Hamzat (Kenny). As per previous reviews we had the same experience. Dr is rude and doesn't know how to treat toddler. Very erogant. Will never visit this doctor again. Never.

I walked in to see if I could get my semi-annual injection there. The nurse had gone home sick. Fortunately Dr. Kenny agreed to do it. He took all of the necessary precautions prior to injecting and even expressed concern about my long term health on these meds. He used a smaller needle and it was quick and painless. Thanks Dr. Kenny!

My kid had a small cut in his head. I’m lucky to find this clinic. The two receptionists were amazing! Dr. Kenny was so nice and took care of my kid. Special thanks to everyone!

I was at the walk in clinic at 8 am, in x ray by 9 am and out the door by 930 am. Results came in 2 hours later. Everyone was so friendly and quick and dr hamzat (spelling?) was wonderful and explained everything

This is the worst experience I have had in a clinic all my life. They we're rude, inexperienced, and simply racist. Please improve your business or you will lose all your business. I am disappointed by this place. I would probably give this a -900 out of 10.

Nurses are really nice and got in quickly. It is an urgent care clinic so people who are in more of an urgent need (heavy bleeding from open wound or the such) will go in before someone with a rash. But I've never had to wait more than an hour. Usually around 20 min.

Horrible clinic and doctors. Took my son there twice because he had a high fever and was coughing, they told me it’s viral and nothing is wrong with him. I wasn’t convinced so I took him to his pediatrician and he ended up having an ear infection. Unbelievable these guys!

Took my 6 year old there for an ear pain he wouldn't stop crying. Everyone there was so sweet and tried to help make him feel better and keeping him calm while we waited to see the doctor and get our medication. The doctor was amazing. Thank you so very much for your kindness.

No waiting Friday, TMC was about 3 hrs waiting, patients need to shop around for doctors for faster urgent care.

The doctor on duty (male/black-sorry I don't know the name since the doc didn’t introduce himself or mention his name) was so rude with us when we were at the clinic with our toddler. This doctor displayed really terrible attitude towards us and thats the last thing parents need when they are at the clinic with their sick toddler: (.

Reception staff pleasant. I advise process improvement to maintain patient confidentiality rather than having individual speak loudly for staff to hear reason for visit along with those in waiting room such as myself. A mom brought her son in whose asthma inhalers weren’t helping but was breathing ok. Naturally he was called into exam room before me. Yet it took another 1.5 hr in waiting room (15 min already) then another 25 min in exam room. Heard everyone else’s visit reason x4. Physician was unable to explain process of obtaining X-ray result (I was in to rule out a fracture) what she did tell me was completely inaccurate to what transpired. I did receive call from nurse practitioner the following day. I will not return to this clinic if needed in future.

Today is Saturday and the hours say 9am -3pm on their website and phone line when you call in. They let people in and they closed the doors at around 10: 30 am and started sending people away to go elsewhere. They told my mom and I that the wait is 3 hours to only see a nurse practioner not a doctor. There are no doctors at all.
Terrible way to run an urgent care clinic.

Excellent humble staff, doctor, & nurse. I got some stitches today on my arm. Super helpful and friendly environment. Very thankful to everyone for the help today!

Omg they let me wait at the room about 45mins and the doctor had a guest were laughing loud and don't care about the patients
Last time here

Everyone who works in this clinic are great. Im new in town with no H. C no family Dr. But they accept me and treat well no discrimination. They were helpful. Theyre so nice friendly and professional. From the front desk to their nurses to their Dr.s and Np. Charlene, Heather and NP Kaitlyn I couldnt thanks them enough for how pleasant, smooth and great my experience in this clinic. I wish NP Kaitlyn is my Family Dr. They all made me feel comfortable during my every visit since last year. There was a long wait, yes! But i waited like any other people. Which is expected because it is a walk in clinic and during pandemic a lot of restrictions, mandates etc. They deal with emergencies too. They are also human who gets tired working all day, wearing mask, shield their PPE. Be nice and be patient to them. We go to the clinic because we need to check something because we are not well. But a little kindness to our healthcare workers wont hurt.

Had a prompt and efficient visit today. Got something for my issue, and feel better about getting this checked out.

Probably the slowest clinic I’ve been to 3hrs to get in and then they just cut you off the entire time your trying to ask a question and keep running outta the room and never coming back, it’s awful

Brutal wait times. Skipping people who have been there for 2 hours for no reason for new patients. If you get called in you sit in again for another hour and a half. Ridiculous way to treat people.

Wait times are unbelievable. I came in with only 2 other people head of me and still waited over an hour to get see the doctor. When I approached the desk after the hour to inquire how much longer i still needed to wait they responded with another 20 mins, there was noone in the waiting room, and still waiting

arriving an hour before their advertised closing time on their website and at their door and the nurse shur down the door refusing to accept new patients.

No wonder why the healthcare system is free if you can't get it when you need it.

Office ladies must hate their jobs. Seemed annoyed as soon as I walked up to the window. Wouldn’t recommend going there, if not necessary.

Reception staff were very pleasant however, the Dr.who helped us was absolutely terrible. Terrible bed side manners. Very belittling and would not listen. We were there for my 14 year old son who possibly fractured his arm. I didn’t need a lesson in parenting and that’s what it turned in to.

Been going to this clinic nearly my whole life.

YES, they have long wait times.

Fun fact: clinics deal with EMERGENCIES
-heart attacks
- dvts (blood clots)
-urgent mental health
-strokes

and SO much more.

For everyone who likes to complain that they waited 3 hours and all they needed to do was refill their scripts. Newsflash, emergencies come first:)

Instead of berating your medical professionals, say THANK YOU for always being open to seeing walk in patients who don't have family doctors OR help you when your family doc isnt seeing you (or on vacation (again).)

OR wait in the hospital for 10 hours instead.
