Ted Yang Real Estate

Ted Yang was unfortunately the first real estate agent we went to and right from the first meeting we knew we were going to need to search for a new real estate agent. He was not treating us seriously simply because we were young, first time home buyers. He did not think we could afford a $400,000 home (this was 2 years ago) and even laughed at us for considering it as our first home purchase. Fyi, with our new real estate agent we closed on a wonderful, $600,000 home. It is indeed sad that Ted Yang is so closed minded get can’t imagine young people being able to afford a home other than shack. Well, I was very glad not to give our commission to him and instead to a real estate agent who treated us nicely from the get go.
