The most horrible experience possible with a currency exchange place. These guys have zero understanding of customer service and have no knowledge of professional business conduct.

They make mistakes when sending transfers and blame it on banks and expect the customers to pay for their mistakes.

Extremely unprofessional, I have made the mistake of using their services again after they made an incorrect amount of transfer and they made the same mistake again without no consideration for their customers and they even didn't bother providing any customer service for their mistakes.
