Went to get a screen protector in this place and the guy installed it for me and it was perfect. Just didn’t get his name but thanks dude!

The employee could not speak English. He was on his cell phone while serving customers. He took 2.5 days to repair my phone.

NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE IN THEIR CARE. My partner brought his phone here and was told it would be ready in 2 days then they closed the storefront for almost 2 weeks. No communication whatsoever to let us know what was going on. Once they opened again I went to see what was happening with the phone and the guy inside couldn’t give me any answer and kept repeating that he doesn’t work there. Why are you watching over the store if you don’t work there? Another thing they don’t tell you is that they don’t fix the phones in house - they take them to a “technician” in Brampton and when they return the phone to you it’ll work for 1 day before refusing to charge completely. We ended up taking the phone to someone else who told us that the previous “technician” completely messed up the front camera (now Face ID doesn’t work) and didn’t put all the pieces back that are required to hold the phone together. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but both the customer and repair service was absolutely horrible and I really hope nobody else has to go through what we did.

Excellent customer service i had a problem with my iphone screen and the guy named vishal great guy btw very friendly and professional. He fixed my phone in 30 minutes with minimal charges. Always recommend this place

If I could give it no stars I would. My daughter got her husband's cellphone back today and no sound it's going back tomorrow. Imagine working for 12 hour shifts and not being able to hear your child's voice. Shame on this company it went in because of no sound and after paying for it to be fixed it still has the same problem. Stay away from this place
