Excellent service! I bought an ES commute scooter a few months ago however shortly after I bought it someone ran me off the road and the scooter was damaged. They repaired it for next to nothing! The scooter is great and I would highly recommend buying a scooter from TekTrendy

Likely closed, no signage at the address, asked people at the building (this is a storage building) and I don’t think this is a storefront open to the public unlike some of the reviews say.

Around a few months ago, I began doing my research in regards to purchasing an e-scooter for myself to use for various purposes, including in between transit trips going to/from work and also simply to explore the city on leisurely rides. I came across TekTrendy's site and saw that they carried the scooter I wanted to buy (Segway Ninebot Max). Upon looking at the reviews, I was very satisfied after seeing many happy customers describe their experiences with their purchases and also with any support needed. I believe in supporting local businesses in the city so without no hesitation I ordered the Segway NInebot Max from TekTrendy's site and chose the curbside pickup option as I wasn't too far away and there was a promotion to get a free scooter storage bag for accessories if you picked it up. I called TekTrendy on the same day that I ordered the scooter to advise them that I would not be able to pickup my scooter on the same day (a Friday) and Leo advised me that he would find some time during the next day (Saturday) to workout a pickup time for me. Upon arrival for curbside pickup, the communication with Leo was very fast and efficient. Leo was very professional and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the scooter and answered all the questions I had. He had also shown me some extra accessories available for my scooter and I purchased them as well. Leo explained the setup procedures for the scooter and told me about simple maintenance tips that would prolong the life and battery of the Segway Ninebot Max. The box was much bigger than what I expected but Leo helped me put it in the car in a proper and safe position. Overall, I am very happy to have purchased my scooter here as I have had a great experience with the knowledge and support that Leo and TekTrendy continue to provide long after my purchase. I consistently refer friends, family, colleagues and anyone else who is interested in purchasing an e-scooter for the first time to check out TekTrendy as they will not be disappointed. I can tell that Leo is passionate about what he does and he wants to make sure that you as a customer are 100% satisfied. Thank you very much TekTrendy!

I purchased an Es Scooter from TekTrendy for my best friend. She told me she wanted a scooter under $1000 that was good for commuting and recreation. So after some research. TekTrendy had the best value scooter and it was hundreds of dollars under her budget.
She has had it for almost a week and is absolutely delighted with it. She says "It's the most fun way to travel for commuting and recreation".

Bought their ES Commute scooter yesterday. Leo was a really nice and chill guy with excellent customer service skills and gave an insightful overview to the product while effectively answering any questions. The scooter itself was easy to assemble and the ride was nice and smooth. Just make sure you have a car or have someone in advance to drive you if you're picking this up in person since the product first comes in a box. Overall, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new electric scooter!

All the other 5 star reviews really are justified here. I picked up a commuter ES scooter on really short notice this part Saturday and Leo was an absolute champ helping me pick it up and set up. The scooter itself is fantastic and really lives up to the spec sheet. Love this thing.

I Bought 2 Segway Ninebot MAX from this store. It's our first scooter. Leo is very friendly and knowledgeable who kindly informed us about it, and answered our questions. Very great customer service!
The e-scooter was really great. Although it's kinda heavy for me, it's easy to use, and convenient for commuting. We've used it so many times already, and it doesn't disappoint. We love using it! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Overall experience was excellent.

Such an incredible customer service, I ordered with a friend two e-scooters for a very cheap price compared to other website selling the same product without the same performance as this one.
Very happy, and I wasn't sure about ordering but their online support greatly helped me to buy a Xiaomi pro 2!

I was looking for a translator that can help me with the translation during ZOOM meeting with my customers since I can't go out to meet them. Then, I found this WT2 Plus Translator. You can invite people into the same chat group in the app, then, wear the translator when you are speaking. It will translate your voice into text automatically. I tried it last week and it really worked. Such a nice gadget! And thanks for the after-sales service Tek Trendy provided, I met some problems when I got the device but they helped me figure it out fast.

I recently, bought the ES Commute scooter and have been riding it ever since I got it. This is an affordable, and reliable scooter that I would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a great scooter. Along with the scooter being amazing they also have friendly, kind customer service.

This company is completely unprofessional, rude, and, careless. You will be assisted until you have placed your order and then they have zero follow up. My Ninebot Max was scratched upon arrival. I immediately called Mark (an employee or manager) and was assured that the team would work with me to resolve said issue. Following that conversation, my emails were continuously ignored and phone calls rejected. I eventually did manage to get someone on the phone and he was abrasive and unhelpful.

I later contacted the scooter company and was told once again to deal with the seller as they were responsible for any product damage. Absolutely disgusting treatment, would not recommend.

I picked up an ES Commute scooter from TekTrendy last week. This is my first electric scooter and so far I've been extremely impressed with how well it rides. The ride is very smooth and quiet, the range is great, it's light and looks great! Their customer service was also top notch, they're very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. I would go back there for sure!

Leo helped us a lot with teaching us how to use our Segway Ninebot Max and assembling it. Gave a very thorough explanation/demonstration, answered all of our questions and was very polite about it! You can tell customer service here is very important to them as they have reached out to fix any problems. The scooter itself is also amazing and lasts really long on one full charge, highly recommend.

SHADY Unprofessional Business! (ADD LIARS TO THEIR RESUME) Purchase your scooter from a REAL store, you’re on your own if you purchase from them. Spent over 2k for two ES4 scooters (which cost more than their competitors and sportchek). Once we picked them up (which is at a storage unit not a real store so you have to stand around on the street wait for some random person to show up because they never answer their phone either), the max (what we originally wanted) was then available. I messaged them right away asking to exchange one of the ES4 which was completely unopened. At first it seemed like they didn’t want to do the exchange and said how the “owner” is very strict on returns. They only agreed to do it if I paid the difference in cash (charged me the tax and never got a receipt). They said their “ambassador” would be at their “showroom” from 3-5pm. I got there at 4: 30, waited half an hour on the street, called a million times with no answer. Went on their live chat and finally got answer. Told me there was a misunderstanding and that the ambassador already left (this would’t happen if you went to a real store).

Anyway, we did the exchange and once we tried the max I wanted to exchange the other ES4 for the Max as the breaks don’t even bring you to a full stop, just slows you down. And even the finest crack in the side walk felt unsafe. Sent them an email asking if this was possible and got a flat out no without any questions. I then asked if I could pay a restocking fee or any additional charges they see fit and they just recommended I sell it on Kijiji and purchase another Max from them. Once I pointed out their policy “Satisfaction or your money back” on their site they emailed back and said there’s a misunderstanding and gave me a call just to give me a run around telling me again my only option was to sell the ES4 or give it to a family member they’ll give me a deal for the Max - but wouldn’t tell me what the deal would be.

Only had the scooters for a few days and everyone even strangers have been asking where I purchased them, I will never be recommending this company to anyone. Go to a place that has an actual store/showroom when you’re spending over a thousand dollars, I wish I did.

Edit: Can’t believe this business would make up a COMPLETE LIE - I never told you to box mine up and resell it to another customer, I said you could find another use for it (like use it as a demo). What about your return policy #3 (if it’s even a real policy) ? What do you really do with the used scooter once you charge the cleaning fee? You didn’t bother asking me why I felt the breaks aren’t as good, had you ask then I would’ve told you it’s BECAUSE they don’t bring you to a full stop like the Max. You never explained ANYTHING about your policy. Did you forget your own site says “SATISFACTION OR MONEY BACK”? Maybe you should remove that along with #3 on your “return policy”. Yes you met me on civic day but because I was sat waiting outside on a rainy day for half an hour when no one showed up. You didn’t say anything about it being a holiday and that you weren’t working (civic is not a statutory holiday and lots of businesses still open) had you said that I would’ve just came back on Tuesday. You mentioned a discount for the Max but when I asked what it would be you said you couldn’t tell me so what more was there to say on the phone? Bottom line no exchange and sorry can’t tell you your discount until you purchase a new one? Good luck staying in business.

I don’t usually like writing reviews but really have to write one for this company. Bought an electric scooter from these guys a while back and it’s honestly changed my life. I was a big public transportation user before this but I haven’t used it once since I got my scooter. I love the convenience and the flexibility, plus I also get to save on my fares everyday, which is a great side benefit. The TekTrendy Team was extremely helpful in answering my questions when I was looking for my first e scooter. 5-Stars for the great service, great product and great people!
