I am so happy that my husband and I were accepted into this clinic.
It is so wonderful to be treated by friendly and caring staff such as Brooke, the receptionist and Lesley, the nurse.
We met the doctor we were assigned (Dr. J. Idicula) over a Zoom meeting but found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and thorough
As per the ON regulations we will be meeting a doctor in person shortly.
It is reassuring to know that we have access to medical care without driving miles to a GP or by having to go to Emerg
I am quite ok with being seen for prescription renewals and understand that some prescriptions cannot be ordered just because you may want them or think you need them. The doctors need to follow regulations if they wish to keep their licence in good standing.

Terrible clinic. Disorganised and unprofessional. Made an appt over the phone specifically to see a nurse. And when we show up, no appt was booked and they can't see us. Terrible clinic, definitely recommend going somewhere else.

They need to change the name to telemedNP because a doctor will not talk with you, but if you pay $50, a Nurse Practitioner will.

Very quick and efficient. Nice staff convince with a pharamcy right beside. I just wish they would deal with more then one issue at a time

Jess was incredibly helpful and sensitive to my needs in a very tough time for me. Cannot recommend my experience enough!

Tried to book an appointment twice the first one was canceled and the second one have not heard anything.l only need to fill my prescription worst service ever or and good luck at them answering the phone or returning your call.

Tried to book an online appointment this morning for a prescription renewal and had no luck! Nice of you to cut back on services; thank you Doug Ford!

I think they are quite confused in there. You can't get the same doctor to do 2 things. They make you book separate appointments for everything. Double dipping on Ohip maybe? They tell you your prescription was faxed to your drugstore and then go and find out pharmacy Recieved nothing. Asked if they could double check on a referral for me and they said they tried but didn't get an update. Said I would find out before them-they are healthcare but can't get anything done. Faster for the person that needs the help to get it then they are. What?
