I went to see the doctor there is no one available also we need to pay 12 dollars for virtual only. Not good

Horrible. Go anywhere else. I called and they signed me up. Later that evening someone called me to ask a few questions. And then the doctor called me shortly after. The doctor agreed to send a referral. I called the doctor he was sending the referral to and they didn't have one. I have been trying for 2 weeks to reach someone at this clinic's office. I've left several messages that they haven't bothered to call me back about. Now I have to start the process all over with a different clinic.

These all have to be fake reviews. I called in today urgently and the lady told me I can't leave the house or come into the clinic (which is fine) but proceeded to book me for a virtual appointment. She said the doctor would call virtually, once speaking to me over the phone. A few hours had passed and it was getting closer to their closing time at 5 PM and she told me the doctor would be in the office until 7 PM finishing patients so not to worry, reassuring me that it was almost my turn and there were only a few patients ahead of me. I go to call them because it's past 7 PM now, only to be directed to their voicemail system twice. They forgot about me, even after I had reached out a second time. I need medical assistance and could have gone elsewhere all day but they took up my whole day and now I have to go another day untreated.

First time going to this clinic for a walk in. The nurse was so friendly. Spoke with a doctor almost immediately and got the help I needed in under 20 minutes. I was really happy with service I received.

Walk in clinic is awesome! Nurse Charlene was very fast and efficient. I was able to get a medication refill in no time because there is also a pharmacy on site.

Great services. Low wait times since all the doctors are available virtually. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I appreciate that they provide more comprehensive care compared to other telemedicine services I have been to. I would highly recommend trying them out!
