Absolute pleasure to deal with Hassan A. Hassan was able to patiently take care of me while on hold for 2+ hours with his Channel Customer team. All my needs were taken care of by this awesome Team Member.

Was doing son upgrading for my wife and daughter…was at Mapleview Telus Store and the sales woman Sam went above and beyond to assist us in meeting our needs, she was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and above everything empathetic…she should be running a store or at the very least Managing one… she understands customer service at its highest level!

Overall just poor service. My auto-pay just kept getting turned off. Which made my payments late pretty often. Had my phone cut off multiple times when I paid but payment didn't go threw, even with money in my account. Gunna pay my last bill this weekend and go to another Carrier. Somehow Telus owns Koodo but Koodo had far superior service in every way. Makes no sense.

The entire team was absolutely amazing. I was on a time crunch and they still made it work like absolute champs! They were even thoroughly accommodating with me while having to deal with a very difficult customer in store (which they also handled wonderfully)

I went in today to replace an old phone that wasn't working. Amanda was amazingly helpful, went out of her way to set things up for me, and gave me a great package with everything I need. Thank you so much Amanda!

Been with Telus since 2010 - switched carriers the day after a very negative and condescending experience with the store's manager. Customer service needs improvement.

I have been with Bell for a very long time. I was looking at a phone upgrade at Best Buy and the Mobility guy said they have had nothing but Exceptional Customer Service from TELUS when dealing with them. I popped by the TELUS store at Mapleview Mall to check things out and ended up spending a good hour or more with Kyle and Jenn discussing my options. I feel the two of them went above and beyond in explaining all the different options available to me. I switched and so far everything is good. And yes when calling in to TELUS they do go above and beyond on the phone making sure I am happy and my questions are answered. Thank you Kyle and Jenn for all of your help.

Just spent a good hour with the lovely Ms. Linnea. Purchased a new Samsung 8 for a family member. Linnea was knowledgable, professional and very helpful. Ask for her during your next visit:)
