Omeone else and it was fine at that time. A week later I bought new cell phones again and again the manager started the transaction, but in the middle he again sent another person and at that moment I feel strange. Today I went for warranty and now he doesn't want to talk to us, alone and said he can't do that. My review is not against TELUS, my review is against the manager of Yordale.

Really disappointed with Telus I have telus for over 6 years now extremely over priced no promotion at all for long customers, you go and visit there store it looks like they are doing you a huge favor to speak with customers, going back to Rogers I guess.

Corina is the worst manager ever. She’s rude and didn’t want to do a SIM card replacement for me because I no longer had the broken SIM card. I had ID, could go into my account, show bill payments, literally I could show anything and she still refused. Told her I’d then pay and gave her a $100 bill because that’s all I had and she ONCE again refused because she said she had no change. THIS IS A STORE IN A MALL. As a manager she should have change no questions asked. WORST STORE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.and I worked for bell for many years so I’m actually appalled by the service I received

Sumeet the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products my sister bought the Samsung S23 ultra and he completed the transaction and set up the new phone. I liked going to that store.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Todd at Telus Yorkdale, so professional, polite and very knowledgeable, set up my new account in no time, answered all my questions, 100 % recommended.

I visited Bell, Rogers & Telus last week to see plan options. Out of the three providers, Telus reps (both at Eaton & Yorkdale Locations) appeared a lot more defensive when compared their pricing with the other two. While Bell & Rogers reps showed courtesy while suggesting options to make their offering better Telus reps tried to hard cell other services such as House Camera for $15. On top of that they kept pushing to activate the services on same day. I was not expecting exact same behaviour at two different locations. Poor poor customer service from Telus.

The worst customer service, if you buy an accessory be sure by yourself that all it's as suppose to be, don't believe the sale person whatever. I ended with a screen protector cracked and with bubbles to the edges because it was wrongly set on my phone by the sales person who never asked me if I wanted to do it. I just trust him like a robot and ended with $50.00 expended on a cracked screen protector that they don't want to refund, return or exchange when I claimed the same day a couple of hours after at the store.

Great service at the Yorkdale Telus (Jeff) and happy with my new device. Made the switch from Roger's and very happy with my decision!

My one star doesn't go to this store but Telus in general. Their procedure for verifying identity it is just insane. In a simple call, i asked to speak with royalty team. Lady on the phone already asked me 3 very personal questions. Forth question was last four digit of my credit card. I have gave her last four digit of four of my credit card. Worse of worse customer service ever. I understand the all this security procedure is for our own good, but come on isn't it possible to ask some other question instead of insisting on some last four digit of credit card which does not exist.

Came in to the store, nobody comes to greet you, waited 40 minutes for a simple buying a SIM card and the associate that helped me, Nivake S.was really impolite. Almost annoyed by my presence there.

I waited an hour in the store before there was an available employee to help me, this review would've been one star but with I finally did receive help, the girl who helped me was fantastic and turned my experience around. I've been with Telus 10 Years, I got a new top of the line phone for $0 and she took my bill from the previous price of $130 a month to $90 a month for the same features! Keep in mind I have a premium plan. Overall I think this store needs way more staff - it's the holiday season. But if you go there and want to brave the wait, try to speak with Keely A. She made my night way better!
