I recently went to this Telus store to upgrade my iPhone and was served by Henny. He was very patient and ensured all my questions were answered. There was an IT system delay and I had a few errands to run so he offered to call and checkin with me when things were back to normal. The phone I was interested in was not available in store so he called and arranged shipment to the store, ensured to be available when I came to pick up the phone, helped me with setup among others. Henny went above and beyond to ensure I had the best customer service despite the situation with the IT system delay which was out of his control. I would highly recommend his services.

I went in to upgrade my phone since my bring it back program was done. Henny greeted me at the desk and he was fantastic! There was a glitch on my profile that wouldn’t give me the appropriate plan and he spent almost two hours to help me! Honestly strongly recommend for any of you phone needs!

Staff were great for Black Friday but the system they were working with failed causing customers to be frustrated. Telus/Koodoo needed to provide better resources/support for their staff who were working so hard to please the customers.

N'ALLEZ PAS A CE MAGASIN. IL CHARGE DES FRAIS NON RECONNU PAR KOODO. Koodo m'assure que je n'aurais jamais du être chargé 35$ + taxe, mais bien juste 50$. Mais le magasin m'a chargé des frais de service de 35$ + taxe (39.55$) et en plus jai reçu une facture de 50$ de frais d'activation. Ca commence a faire cher pour activer un forfait tablette a 15$ par mois. Réponse de Koodo à ma requête nous ne reconnaissons pas ses frais. Veuillez vous adresser au magasin. Donc ont se fait voler au Koodo Trainyard, n'allez pas la. Et Koodo ne reconnait en aucun cas les frais de services chargé par ce magasin. Je vois votre réponse excusez moi c'est pas moi qui ne reconnait vos frais c'est KOODO lui meme qui me dit qu'il ne reconnait pas vos frais. Donc SI Koodo lui meme ne reconnait pas vos frais il y a un problème avec votre magasin. NOUVEAU: je viens de parler a Koodo au téléphone et ils me disent que ce magasin n'est pas un magasin Koodo, il font de l'activation mais ne sont pas reconnu comme etant un magasin koodo. Leur réponse: la prochaine fois allez a un magasin Koodo pour ne pas avoir de frais. VOILA. Kiosque Koodo au centre d'achat St-Laurent est un vrai Koodo mais pas celui ci.

Great Service. Henny was very helpful. I called the store first and spoke to him on the phone. He answered all my clueless questions, in a polite, patient manner. I knew this was the location I wanted to go to just by my phone interaction. Koodo is lucky to have him. We are happy with the service and price we recieved. I totally recommend.

The guys working there when I purchased my phone were very pleasant to deal with. They really took our best interest at heart. They set me up with a great phone and saved me and my business money at the same time. Thanks guys.

I met with Henny to do some changes on my corporate plan. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone that is very knowledgeable and so polite. I got to do everything I wanted changes to my plan and upgraded to a new phone Henny setup the phone with me and made this visit to the store very pleasant. Wanted to add my mom who is 80 to my plan with Telus. I had a dormant I-phone 4 for this purpose. Henny suggested to upgrade since my existing plan was over 2 years. I then upgraded my I-phone 8 Plus to a I-phone 11. So mom got my I-phone 8 Plus, Yay! She was using an old flip phone, Lol. Henny was professional and knew his stuff, We were impressed with his speed, knowledge and pleasant personality. We had to go back a couple of times because of minor glithes no fault of his and we always left the store satisfied with the results. Thank you Henny, you are definately an asset to theTrainsyards store!

Terrible customer service.representative wouldn't take 30 seconds to answer my questions only answer they had for me was " I don't know go check online" definitely won't be getting a phone there

I have transferred I phone number to Koodo here today. All done in 5 minutes with an excellent service bypassing my expectations. I recommend.

Issa is by far one of the best reps I have ever met! Even though they were closing at 6pm he stayed until 7 to help me resolve my connectivity issue. Overall amazing down to earth gentleman with a kind heart!

Every time I walk in to the store, I’ve been greeted and well served. Most recent associate I’ve spoken to regarding my phone plan was Issa, he was very helpful and well informed on questions that I had asked. When it came to solving problems with my phone plan Issa knew how to properly accommodate my needs. Great customer service!
