The store put up some offers on the board outside, with a comment “come inside and get more information”
I talked to Richard, one of the store customer representatives. I asked him about the more information and the reply was “ what is mentioned on the board outside”. He was least interested in providing any information and was in super hurry to wrap up the conversation.
The store was not busy at all and was the only person in line. Now I wonder why they are not busy.
Unpleasant experience and would refrain going to that store again.

I recently upgraded my phone with the help of Richard at Telus TD Centre. Richard was super knowledgeable and I was in and out of the store very quickly!

Truly such an amazing experience. I was so welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. The staff at this located is so helpful and and kind. I had the pleasure dealing with Richard. He was very helpful and continues to be any time I have a question or concern. I used to be with a different provider for many years and deicide to change. No regrets.

I recently had an excellent experience with Telus store (TD Centre) and Richard Phan specifically. I had placed an order with Telus webstore during the boxing week which got cancelled (apparently they were out of stock). So when I reached out to this store (on call), Richard informed me that they had this device in stock and asked me to come to the store. When I visited the store, Richard coordinated with the webstore. The webstore told him that they won't be able to do the price match since the boxing week rates were no longer prevalent. However, Richard was the one who was making them understand that the order got cancelled due to NO fault of mine and I shouldn't be the one suffering. Despite his efforts, the webstore didn't budge and I was really disheartened. But Richard didn't give up and was positive that I will get the device. So he got me in touch with an executive from the support team. I explained the facts to her and after almost an hour, they did the price match and I was able to get the device from the store. I am very thankful to Richard who was very proactive and positive in his attitude.
Also, before writing this review, when I browsed through other reviews, most of them had given positive feedback about Richard. I truly believe that executives like Richard are a big asset to Telus team.

Just wanted to add to the already great reviews given to this location and to Richard. Thank you Richard for your patience and getting my cell phone plan and number transferred from Bell to Telus. Why is great service a luxury these days. Truly appreciated it and highly recommend Telus TD Centre and Richard.

We made an appointment for 9: 30 a.m. January 7 at the Telus Centre in the TD path. We arrived and were promptly met by Richard Phan. We were upgrading from 2 Iphone XR's to 2 Iphone 11's. Richard was extremely personable and professional, providing us with the best service we have ever received from a telecommunications company. He filled all of our needs in a very timely manner without making us feel rushed. He answered all of our questions and offered additional information to consider. Before leaving, he gave us his business card suggesting that if we had any issues at all, to feel free to call. We did have a couple of issues which we contacted him about, and again was greeted with the same personable professional greeting. Again, without feeling rushed, Richard hand held us until our issues were resolved. I would certainly recommend Richard as my go to for anyone that is looking for mobile products and exemplary service.

Anu was incredibly friendly and helpful, she went above in beyond in helping me set up the phone and even helping to find me a plan that was more affordable than my previous plan and helping me save money. They were also following Covid19 safety guidelines. I definitely recommend this location for their expertise and quality customer service.

I called to see if they had the iPhone 11 Pro in stock, and they did. Went in and Richard helped me move over from Rogers to Telus. It was quick, easy and seamless. They ported over my number from Rogers, which I was worried I would lose. They applied a discount which I very much appreciate, and he even put the screen protector on for me. Excellent service!
