Service over the phone was friendly, but I was looking for a particular model and was told "we are no longer allowed to give inventory information over the phone, " so I have to waste my time driving there if I want to find out.

Amazing service! I had Jordan who provided me with the best deal. Super efficient, friendly and all around great guy! Definitely recommend seeing him:)

My husband went into the store to make a few purchases and Anthony provided amazing service and offered to help us should we need follow up. My husband went back in today, Anthony was not in, but both the employee that was there and the manager, refused to help him with the issue he was having with one of our phones. He was told to go home and follow the instructions on the website. Zero customer service today. He drove 40 mins to go to that store because of his previous experience, but now we will never go back to that location. Don't waste your time and go to another location.

Abdi from the Telus Bayshore store was amazing! He was so helpful and full of knowledge. He was patient with all my questions and helped me set up my phone. I experienced awesome customer service from Abdi:)

Staff don’t know the Telus policies and have given me incorrect information (which cost me money) multiple times. They’re friendly at least, but I will not be returning to this store for any future concerns I have with my service.

Just bought a new phone and plan at Telus Bayshore and have got to commend Ladan for her incredible customer service. She really worked to get me the best deal without compromising what I wanted and needed in my plan. She made great suggestions and took the time to ensure I was getting the best value for my dollar. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Laden is one of the stores greatest asserts. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!

Kodoo sent me to the Telus store because they had the phone I wanted in stock. When I asked about plans because I tether the kids tablets Telus had a 15GB plan that was a great price so I switched both numbers and got my new phone with a 75$ store credit, that helps because for $2k Samsung doesn't include the charger. The associate also installed the screen protector that is half the price at best buy, but the free installation included dust stuck to the edges of the screen protector. The topping is that apparently tethering to your phone is an extra charge, I don't know how much because after 30 minutes with tech support and 7 minutes on hold with customer service my call was dropped promptly at 7pm.

Will update if I ever get though to customer service. Telus if you ever read this your website bot is absolutely infuriating, it's like talking to someone with dementia.

Don’t usually do this. Visited this location on THREE occasions. The first visit was great. Spoke with a young man with light hair who went over the options available to me in my account, built out a plan and phone. But I wasn’t fully ready to buy yet. He gave me his card and I said I would come back and see him. Came back two weeks later and he was not there but a man name Terek was. He was more interested in texting on his phone with his friends over helping me. He was rude and looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Mumbled and sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about. Total opposite of the first experience. The third and final visit; I went and spoke to another man named Luke. He was just as terrible as Terek. He didn’t help much either. Was more interested in upselling me instead of listening to my concerns. If you’re looking to visit this location; do whatever you can to avoid Terek and Luke, do your business with other reps. They are the opposite of the Telus experience that I’ve known in the past.

Read the reviews before coming in and Luke didn’t disappoint for being a pushy salesman. No customer service skills whatsoever. Blatantly lied to me that he couldn’t help revise my plan at the store and for me to just call the 1-800 number. Funny enough his coworker Amarion was able to help me no problem and with a smile while doing it. Just avoid Luke.

Always have very good luck at this location! Andrew was awesome and super friendly. The store was kind of busy and had to wait a bit.but it was really worth the wait! I’d recommend this TELUS store and I’ll be back next time I need something! Thanks Andrew!

Amazing experience, I will gladly drive 2 1/2 hours to deal with Joey. Amazing customer service, Joey was so so helpful getting my boyfriend and I set up with new phones. Service was quick and efficient.

I came into Telus just to browse around, and that’s when Tarek had approached me with a big smile and helped me. I can happily say that I received amazing service, which doesn’t usually happen in telecommunications stores. I explained what I was looking for, he listened and offered me just what I needed. He explained everything so well and made my experience so much easier, as I’m not very tech savvy either. This is the first time a sales rep wasn’t pushy to sell me things I don’t need or care for, but was very patient and ensured I got everything I needed. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely refer my friends and family to Tarek. Thank you for the great service!

Visited this location very frequently over the years and have always been approached with friendly and great service. That is until recently. I have never been so appalled by the service that I received from Luke. Judging by the other reviews, I should have asked to speak with someone else. He lied to me. He straight up lied to me. I had got a new phone and decided to trade in my old one. He said I could only use my trade in towards cases and stuff in store. I was not allowed to use it on my upfrontcosts. He was not attentive and would constantly stare at my child and me. It honestly felt like we were burdens to him. Luke then told me the offer that I was given by customer service couldn’t be given to me and that I had to go with another plan. After I had left the store I had such a bad taste in my mouth from him that I decided to go to another location and return everything and leave telus. That rep was friendly and assured me that what he told me at that store was wrong and they would let someone know. I ended up still cancelling and switching to koodo. I’ve shared my experience with other moms in our popular area mothers group and told them to avoid Luke at this location. He’s really is terrible at his job
