Aamir was the best. Purchased a 2 new phones and set up 2 new plans with Aamir. He has so knowledgeble what to offer and plans that suits us. And he was great and provide great service. We will definitely be back when we need a new device and we will reccomend this business to friends and family. We walked out having a great experience in customer service.

The two woman in this store right now are probably the rudest girls ive ever had to deal with they didn't even really speak to me or answer my questions I was super friendly and tried to ask a simple question about the warranty on my cell phone and the one girl that asked for my phone number was giving me dirty looks and attitude rolling her eyes and more worried about her text messages coming in then servicing her customer I will never return to this store and may even think about switching companies after dealing with such rude human beings

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service experience I ever had where the Staff lied multiple times. They need to go back to school to learn what Customer Service means and how to do simple straight-forward business based on principles. Went to get a new device and plan on black friday. After reviewing their offer in store when I mentioned Rogers deal to them, they counter-offered me a better price but didnt processed the transaction due to phone out of stock and mentioned that will still offer me the same price if the phone stock become available in next 15 days. They even took my application documents and made a note on the papers regarding my offer. Called the store back 5 days after black friday and I was told, the phone is still out of stock. Visited the store after 10 days, the phone was in stock but the staff mentioned that they cannot offer the same deal. What a scam, stay away.

Unbelievably helpful! I got my last 2 phones through this store and both transactions were wonderful. All questions answered, many plan options given, and they even put my screen protector on for me. Highly recommend!

I stepped in the store to discuss my options for a new phone and plan. I had to wait a while, but it was well worth it as Aamir was very friendly and helpful, and found some great deals for me! He considered the sort of phone and plan I would prefer to have, and found the best thing for me, while clearly answering any questions I had along the way. I stepped out to consider his offer, and, even though I returned near closing time, Aamir stayed *an extra hour* to help me set up my new phone. Wonderful service is provided at this location, and I would gladly recommend it if you have any issues, questions, or are looking for more options for your phone, as I was.

The best place to find and discuss cell phone plans. They cater all customers especially business enterprises or self employed individuals. They strictly follow Covid-19 guidelines. Whenever i went there i am always greeted with respect honour and professionalism. The service rendered to me by Mr Aamir malik is undoubtedly unexplicable. He is the real man. He wont rush onto u. He gives you options and then u decide according to ur budget. Thats the reason i am being with them.

Bought a screen protector here that was clearly defective. Would not adhere. They replaced it once and had the same issues. They would not refund me the $40 that I paid for this.

The customer rep. (Ray) was very welcoming and well informed. I was impressed with the fact that he took the time to enquire about my phone usage before just recommending the most expensive plan, he matched my personal needs to the best products.

Interestingly, without any pressure, one of my primary interests beyond the phone was the S21 Galaxy’s camera. So far it’s simply exceptional, coupled with a modest phone and data plan. I came away a very happy camper for a reasonable price.

I would happily recommend this location to anyone seeking Telus and or Koodo products and knowledgeable staff.

My family and I had a great experience at the Telus store on Rymal. Aamir was very helpful and knowledgeable with the plans and what was best for our lifestyles when it came to plans and the options associated with them. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable! His female co worker was also great as well as she notified us on changes to get a better deal!
