My husband signed up for a new phone plan after receiving much difficulty from the other carriers, and was very pleased with his experience here. He was helped by Adam, who was absolutely amazing - super helpful, funny, and quick. Def recommend this location

One name… Nick! Now I have to write more for the review to register so here I go! I got my new phone mailed to me and tried to set it up. Couldn’t get it out of one phase of the set up and was left without a phone for the day. I called Telus Trinity to see if I could make an appt and got #1 Nick on the line. He said don’t worry just come in and he would help me. Well he did more than that. The process was long but he knew what to do and made it work. The whole team there on this day was 10/10. Polite, professional and personable. Was able to do what needed to get done and make me very comfortable while we did it. He made sure everything was up and running and that I was satisfied and comfortable with everything before I left. Hands down best service ever! Kudos to Nick and the team that was there today. I will definitely be back!

Set up our new biz accounts here with Karan, a few issues with set up but nothing Karan can’t solve. Great level of commitment from him.

Worst experience I had today, to enter demanded physical id, I mean for what they dont believe in physical appearance or humans anymore. See how terrible the staff or the company moto is, have taken new connection from the same store 5 days ago, I said I am your customer, they dont care, said in response bramalea store donot need id. I went to take service, in return they didnot allow me to enter. They have earned so much money that they dont need customers anymore. When I went for new connection, I asked to guide me take the service online, but the employee said still you have to visit the store and online service takes days.

I went into this location looking for a new phone, I was originally with Koodo and decided to switch to Telus. The staff at this location is very caring, attentive and helpful. I was helped by Karan. B he helped me with all of my concerns, answered my questions and helped me find the best plan for me which made me feel as a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know, If you get the chance look for Karan he is an amazing employee.

All I have to say is Elijah and Omar are the best, excellence at its finest. Keep doing what you both are doing!

Store opens 9.30 am Saturday but they came 9.35 and then open store for public 9.44 am so I waited 14 mins which was frustrating

Totally Unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever with their service. One girl having name tag of Beno.omg she is just like I dont wanna serve you not ready to answer you.they guys messed up with my account, No one knows what new offers going on before they were just refusing for offers after checking online they got to know what offers going on. I was about to activate online but they did my credit check by saying we will give you the same deal and waive $50 activation charges as yu getting online. After doing credit check now refusing me said we have no options. The new training guy struggling bt other staff not ready to help him.

I spent 4 hours in store got back home without any deal

They went over and above to help me and explained everything I needed to know about the phone I was interested in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Telus at Trinity Commons. Had a great experience at this location! The staff were kind and helpful, and the hygiene measures they took to prevent the spread of COVID-19 were awesome. The store was evidently being cleaned more often, social-distancing measures were in place, and there were fewer people allowed in the store. I felt safe and still received the help I needed, thank you to the staff at the Trinity Commons Telus.

I went there just to inquire about some things and the staff was very helpful! They have been taking all the Covid precautions very seriously and putting customer safety first! My favourite location!

Bought the jbl harman Bluetooth headphones from Sherway gardens Telus, the headphones were defective and did not pair, I was told I can return it at any Telus. When I went to the trinity mall store I was told it’s a company policy not to return headphones due to hygenie reasons. When the store staff tried to pair it it did not work and it was a waste of my money and they did not help at all. This thing is reduced from 215$ to $ 99 no wonder why.
Bad policy and a rip off, I regret walking into a Telus store.
