We received excellent customer service by Alyssa W. Needed a new phone asap since ours was damaged. She helped us transfer our number from another provider and ensured that everything was up and running before we left the store.

I had broken my phone the past week, and had visited the kiosk location where they didn't have inventory of the new phone I selected. They sent me to the telus/kodoo store to activate the new phone. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in was was served by Alyssa there. After just a few minutes I was immediately more confident and comfortable with my already stressful situation. She was super nice, and handles my paperwork efficiently and quickly. She was very descriptive and went through all the lines with me. We spoke pleasantly through the little hiccups the telus system was having, and heard my concerns completely. FeIt like i was talking to a friend it was incredible! I told her what I most needed back on the new phone as I'm not acknowledged on how to retrieve the informative myself. She worked diligently and effectively getting back what I wanted most, and even found an alternative to put my mind at ease, since the store wifi was extremely spotty. She even took me across the way to get a cover and plexiglass protector since the store didn't have any, and got me a discount at the kiosk too!
I hate dealing with broken phones, so this experience was one of the best customer service I've ever had. I'm with koodo and have always had pleasant experience with them. Thanks so much Alyssa! Reporting from my shiny new phone because of you!

So I've had an extremely hard time with Telus but I went into the Eaton Center location and was helpef by the extremely competent and brilliant Samira. Wow. Give this woman a raise STAT. You guys are lucky to have her. She cares and she will go out of her way to fix and improve your situation. Samira+ THANK YOU. I wish everyone was like you. Wow, truly impressed.

Went to the Telus store today at apprx 11AM EST, was helped by Aysa (don't remember her name exactly, she looked like a team lead/supervisor with curly hair, darker skin tone). I was having an issue with my Apple Watch not connecting to the cellular network. After calling tech support multiple times they finally said I had to go into the store to resolve the issue. She was patient, kind, and made sure the connection fee was waived since it was a troubleshooting issue. She relieved my worries of not being able to connect to the network since I bought the watch directly from Apple. Thanks again and I hope your boss sees this! A+

I am reaching out in regards to my most recent visit to the Telus Eaton center store. I am appalled by the actions that I witnessed and I believe you should be aware about what your managers are representing for your company.

The manager at this location, who I believe was Ayan acted in an unacceptable manner. Having been in manger positions myself, the way Ayan acted does not align with how a manager should act. While I was being helped by an employee (whom was extremely helpful and it’s honestly the only thing that made my visit not completely terrible) the manger was speaking to the employees as if they were peasants. I was across the store but still distracted by this behavior. I couldn’t help but notice how upset the employees looked. The way she was speaking made me very uncomfortable. No manager should speak to their employees in such a disrespectful manner when all the employees I encountered were very helpful

I overheard the manager get upset at one of the employees because they were not waiting at the front. Promptly after, the employees who were not assisting any customers stood at the front doors which is a very weird practice and feels very overwhelming from a customer’s perspective.

Not once during my visit did I see the manger do anything except for roll her eyes and speak to the employees like they were beneath her.

I came into the store to learn more about switching from Rogers and the Eaton center is the closest store to me. Telus is a company I suggest no one to go with, as the manager cares only about ripping off customers.

JEREMY, thanks A lot. I was having problem with network connection with koodo mobile. I visited 3 koodo/Telus stores before, its sad but, no one helped me. Finally, i went to this service centre. I met with jeremy. He calmly understood what problem i had. He solved the issue very easily.

Exceptional service from Michael B. I can’t remember the last time I left a mobile store with a smile on my face. I went to both other Big 3 carriers prior to going to Telus and after an hour at each, they told me they’re unable to get me set up. The process with Michael took 15 mins end to end for a business account, new device, and new plan. He also applied several credits for porting over to Telus which made me device and plan cheaper than any other carrier. I’m addition, he asked insightful questions and offered suggestions for other add-ons that would be beneficial to my business as opposed to trying to upsell me.

Anthony uses car dealership sales tactics to try to sell you an overpriced plan. Pro tip Anthony, maybe you’d get the commission if you weren’t actively trying to rip me off. I saw right through you.

My experience with Anthony was so unpleasant that I’m thinking about switching providers, not that I think other carriers wouldn’t try to rip me off too, but I’d do it just so that I wouldn’t have to deal with him in the future

It is impossible to speak to someone at Telus. I missed my topup date and even though I have a good sum of money of my phone I can't get anyone to allow me to make phone calls. The only suggestion was to go into a Telus store. I hate Telus.

I had such an exceptionally positive customer experience here that I had to leave this review. Went in store to change over from Virgin and get a new mobile plan, which included some complicated account sync ups on my end. The staff member who helped me, Kiran, was so friendly, patient and professional, going the extra mile to call another department and ensure I had the right setup. A real unexpected surprise and pleasure on a weekend morning. Big thank you and kudos!

The folks that work here are super helpful and extremely kind. Shoutout to Adessa, who helped me find an awesome phone and was extremely helpful. All my questions were answered and I got a pretty sweet deal too!

These guys went far and above to help me activate an e-sim that was problematic (because of my mistake) their willingness to try new things and desire to help was super impressive. The colourful decor is the icing on the cake.
