If I could give a 100 stars I would. I visited this location yesterday to get a new phone plan during the Boxing Day sales, and from the minute I entered the store I was amazed by the excellent customer experience I was given. We spoke with Lamar first who took his time explaining every product feature in great detail, and helped me and my dad get the best services with our plan. Lamar was friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Telus. He was able to assist us in a professional and courteous manner contributing to our positive customer experience.

We also had the luxury to speak with Ashiv who really took his time informing us about pricing, plans, and any terms and conditions associated with our purchases. Explaining everything in great detail so that we avoid any hidden fees and surprises. He was so patient with us regardless of all the questions we bombarded with him haha.

But honestly these two employees deserve a raise with the amount of product knowledge, patience, efficient service, personalized recommendation and overall comfort they provided me and my dad when it comes to switching over to Telus. 10/10 recommend.

Amar went above and beyond to help us purchase new IPhone 15s. He advocated effectively for a great monthly plan and had great knowledge of the phone - he explained everything in “simple” terms for me (who can be technologically challenged) and made the whole experience easy and exciting.

I was fortunate to be served by Amar, who went above the call of duty to help me rectify issues with my phone services. He cared, and did not just take my money, making me feel like a respected human. I was going to leave, but because of him, and his superlative actions, I’ve decided to give Telus another chance. Because of him, I renewed my contract. He even escalated my issues to management, to get me fair service. Telus is lucky to have such sn employee, one who cares about customers, not just money,

I just recently visited Telus Sherway and received exceptional service from Ashiv and Sohaib. Sohaib was quick, pleasant and knew his stuff so it was an easy experience. Ashiv S provided amazing customer service and was very patient to make sure I received adjustments to my account when there was a price change to the phone. He had to try several different ways and stay on the phone with customer service, and he did it all with a smile. Ashiv should be the manager of this store with his level of customer care!

All the guys at Telus Sherway were phenomenal for all my cellular needs. Ashiv, Azim, Kevin, Nav-preet Singh, Sohaib and Ryan were amazing. They were all professional and patient in getting my family lines moved over from Koodo to Telus. Top-shelf, don’t consider going with any other Telus store or any other provider.

Three hours spent in the store only for me to now have to waste my time and call to have the two lines we renewed and upgraded corrected. Colossal waste of time! Thanks for NOTHING, Telus. Your employee who “helped” us has made a mess of everything. Incompetence at its finest.

We had a stellar experience with Ashiv and Kevin at the Sherway store. They had the patience to guide us through the process and the knowledge to understand and answer the questions we had in great detail. They allowed us to weigh the pros and cons so we could make the best decision for us. Saw Ashiv from Telus twice this week to inquire about phone plans and to activate a new one. He was exceptional! Very patient. Explained options and gave us the best help we could have asked for. He was very thorough and looked at so many ways for us to get the most out of the service that we moved cell phones from Bell, activated a new phone, bundled in some tv services and flipped my wife’s phone to a new phone. Ashiv did a lot and it took awhile but he made the whole thing painless. Just fantastic service! Very happy to return to Telus! Thank you Ashiv and team!

Expressing my gratitude to Ashiv and Hugo for your immense help the other day. We came in to replace the trashed phone belonging to my son. With your advice, we all have new phones at a lower rate and four times the data, while our old devices still can be refurbished for someone else. You not only made it all happen, you even stayed an hour after closing to ensure our phones were ready to go for us so we didn't have to come back another time. You were cheerful and upbeat. And then we found out you had a long drive home ahead of you.customer service at its finest and I cannot be more thankful.

Came in to upgrade my phone and I was helped by Ghazi. While there were some delays finishing my upgrade, the customer service here was amazing. They really had my best interests and pushed to get me the best deal possible. They made it a pleasure to spend the extra time in store.
