Worst customer service. We waited outside for 20 minutes they didn’t let us in and then they came outside to say that wait for another 30 minutes. They are very rude to their customers and the staff is not cooperative at all. Not recommended.

Worst customer service ever! Waited outside locked door for 15 minutes. Wasn’t even acknowledged. When the door opened to let someone out, another person tried to come in and employee didn’t even look up but said no sorry no one in. Ended up the 3 customers that were waiting outside left. I go in there this morning with cash in hand the doors locked and they have security cameras and they still want to see my driver's license. I will shop someplace else from now on. I asked the lady if she was serious and she said yes. Less Hassell being pulled over by the opp!

I went in to the store with a plan and SIM cards from an online offer when I got there Sunny was able to get me a better offer with phone upgrades and everything his explanation on how things work and available options was next level I will definitely be going back based solely on his customer service Thanks again Sunny

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Employees are rude and misled me about my contract. Slimy business and a prime example of why big telecom needs to be broken up in Canada
