I am so beyond impress with the amazing service I received from Jaden H on Nov 7. I had travelled to Mexico for 10 day and my I phone broke while away. I was out of a phone for 8 days. On my return, I went to a Telus store and attempted to purchase a new phone and was unable to as they were getting an error message. They suggested I go to a different store. I drove to the Oshawa Centre location and was greeted by Jaden, he assisted me and explained all of the different data plans option as well as the protection plans available to me. He helped me with selecting accessories and even assisted with the data transfer from my old phone. Jaden contacted their IT department to assist with the error message and was able to resolve it. Jaden truly went above and beyond to assist me and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. I am recommending that he be officially recognized by his manager and Telus Canada. Jaden knowledgeable and a true professional, Telus is lucky to have him! This has strengthened my loyalty to Telus

A big shout out to Omar his patients and handling of the big mix up to my account. I don’t know how but between him and the online co worker got me back up and running.thank you so much I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in my near future! Just Amazing!
