Over my 30 years experience dealing with retail telco associates, I’ve never had a more incredible service experience than with Tessa at the The Promenade. Tessa is fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, very patient and so helpful, wow totally amazing! We were there for an hour, what a pro!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I got completely scammed by an employee named Hos. He sold me SIM cards that simply do not work, and he wouldn't help me find a solution. Terrible service.

I assisted a business with a purchase of 30 SIM cards. My order was being handled by a representative named Hos. We needed 30 Canadian SIM cards shipped internationally and we needed our SIM cards to be capable of receiving text messages from overseas. We were promised that the SIM cards that we purchased would be able to do so. So we made a purchase of 30 SIMs, payed for the shipping fees, customs, etc. After the purchase, TELUS at Promenade stopped answering our calls. I had somebody go in for me to find Hos so that I could speak with him on the phone. I gave him my number and I was told he would call me back. He never did. I had somebody go in again, he told me to send him photos of each SIM # and that he would call me back the next day. He never did. I asked for his personal number which he gave me, and then he hung up all my calls. I had somebody go in again, and he refused to help us. If you want to get SCAMMED, go to TELUS at Promenade. Hos should be fired immediately. The kid will take your money!
