It’s a disaster to get into the store, once you are in Staff members are rude with colour nationalities, rude behaviour is very obvious, it’s more like a racist Store. Avoid Telus! Shop Rogers instead

I was with Telus then decided to try Freedom Mobile and Freedom is the Worst Cell service Ever, Now I'm back with Telus and have an excellent plan and A Veterans discount.now Im Staying put with Telus.

Had to go to the store after work because the SIM from my old phone doesn’t work on my new phone. When I got there, there was a pretty significant amount of time before closing, but the staff locked the doors and waved us away saying they were already closed. Would be nice if they would put the closing time as 30 mins earlier since that’s when they locked the doors and stopped all services.

Manager Meg is so beyond rude, purposely doesn’t wanna help, really Horrible and a useless person at Telus! Should be fired immediately!

The best branch for Telus. Erica took care of our accounts perfectly. Definitely we will be back there!

Stay as far away from this store or any Telus store for that matter. They sold me a faulty charger and have given me a run around trying to get it replaced. They have terrible techs that don't know how to do their job and explain away their lousy products by saying chargers and other add ons are not there products so sorry about your luck.in a store that sells phones all day long they said they were not able to simply switch out their garbage product with a new one because they don't have the inventory.will tell everyone I know to stay away from these crooks

This past Thursday I went to the Telus store in Niagara Falls
I dealt with Erica, who was a true pleasure to deal with.
Erica was extremely helpful and couldn’t of been any more professional.
I had a great experience at the store and have recommended this store to others.
Telus is very fortunate to have Erica working for them.

Makes u wait out side and no one comes to great u at a locked door evan tho there sitting in side looking at u.evan if you ring the bell no one comes.poor service

Sufyan upgraded my and my husbands phone, we found him ever so helpful, friendly and genuine and would gladly return again

Called about dropping off a home security protection device. Was told to drop off it off at the store. Got to the store they illegally asked for ID, was extremely rude, and refused to take it even though I was told to drop if off at the store. Thank god Ill no longer be with telus what a waste of time

Called, they don't replace batteries.very disappointed had problems with them before.they just what to sale you an expansion phone. Will never ever, ever buy a phone or plan from TELUS.

Fantastic experience with Erica yesterday. My husband originally went in to get a new phone as he was at the end of his "bring it back" period, but he found a few other accessories and I left with a new phone as well. Erica was very pleasant and professional, as were the two gentlemen in the store. All three of them are worth their weight in gold as far as public facing customer service standards are concerned!

There was no pressure to buy - Erica only listened to what we were looking for and gave stellar recommendations. We spent a few hours in store waiting for our phone data transfers to complete, and the team was nothing but courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this location if you want a relaxed, productive Telus trip. 10/10 experience. Thank you!

What a delightful experience! Went into the store to bring back my device and switch to another provider but Santiago was so delightful and showed me how he could actually save me money and has made me a happy and loyal customer to Telus! Exemplary customer service! I will return!
