I was just in the Limeridge Telus store. I was panicked because I'd lost my cell phone. Sheridan immediately came up to me as I came in and she was fantastically calm and patiently explained what could be done. She even got me a better rate than I was currently paying, and she explained how to call in a missing/stolen IMEI to Apple. I just felt so much better knowing that I was in her capable hands. She has a very calm and pleasant demeanor. Also, Oliver is great too! Great team! These two are exactly why I've been a Telus customer for a couple of decades. Raises and a promotion for Sheridan! And Oliver!

Visited to get a new SIM card due to my phone being stolen and recovered. Matt was super helpful and generous with advice and assistance. Everything worked out perfectly for reactivating my phone. Thank you Matt!

We were in this store recently with some technical issue to do with getting a SIM card to work. We’d been back and forth to different people in different stores and no one was helpful except Drew. He’s the only one who seemed to care about figuring out the problem. Everyone else seemed to stop trying as soon as they couldn’t find an easy fix, but Drew took more time to find a solution and got it working. He was great. Thank you!

I have been a Telus customer for more than 25 years and my recent positive experience further bolstered that trust. I had purchased an IPhone 14 Pro Max through the call centre and was having some difficulty adjusting the SIM card while transferring from my old phone. I was warmly received by an associate Joel at the Limeridge store and he not only solved that issue but also took care of a couple of other issues for me in minutes and that too politely with a smile. Thank you, Joel, for reinforcing what customer service is all about.

Not very good as my husband is trying to return our phones & the store in Hamilton will not return them as we spoke to a Telus representive prior to this and they told us we would have no problem to return our phones in Hamilton as he been sitting and waiting for a hour for someone from Telus to return his call

This place needs to be audited by corporate. I spent over 2 hrs on hold just to have my call “not be able to be taken at this time” and decided visit the store instead, big mistake.if the person I spoke to wasn’t behind the counter I wouldn’t know he worked there, no uniform or name tag that I could see. Made no effort to help me at all, he just said to call again. Dissolve the store and add more phone lines, or hire employees who do anything. My contract is up soon and I am leaving.

These guys are super lazy. My aunt went here Oct 31 at around 1PM. These guys totally brushed her off and did not help her even though they had no other customers. God awful service and "workers".
