Great place. Everyone is always super helpful and try to find the best deal for you and not just shove the most expensive option in your face. I was switching phones, and they even got me started ahead of time to cut down on the waiting. I have been going to this place for few years now and have no plans changing that. “Awesome” is always how I feel when I visit.

Evan at smartcell was wonderful and doing everything he could to help. He spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Telus who bounced him between 5 people to move a phone already with Telus from one plan to another - this will likely be the last time with Telus.

I was with Telus for many years. In the last 3 years of the last contract, right after I signed the contract they removed a key feature that had attracted me to the plan. I went with Freedom for several years and wound up returning to Telus. The people at the store were friendly and accommodating and helped us swiftly get a new phone for the daughter and myself and move my husband to a Telus plan on his existing phone. I got the North America plan which paid off at first and will again once cross-border travel is restored. Its not a bad thing to look for the better deal and so far I've been quite happy with my return to this provider and their service when I've needed assistance.

Evan had a great command of the products and plans, and made the process of purchasing, transferring, and enabling the iphone as happening as quickly as possible. Got home and it was good to go!
