My experience with Telus is extremely happy. Hanus customer service skills is excellent and welcoming. I will refer my friends to come to this location and get their services by hanu. So happy:)

Koodo Stc didn't bother helping me out with a bill payment. They sent me to the telus store. Hanu was very patient and helpful to me and delivered excellent customer service.

Alexis provided amazing customer service. She stayed behind past closing time to help me with the activation, very helpful, knowledgeable and positive energy professional.

My fiancé was in need of an emergency phone and mauvy the Telus rep helped us out. Always appreciated. Will always come back.

The employee named Diamond is such a great person. I went in looking to switch my phone and plans. She took care of everything for me even giving me a better plan to transferring my stuff to the new phone with out any problems. And very quick. She was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Such a kind employee Telus team have. Definitely recommend your store just for her service.

No store is better than having this store where there is only one employee. Store has unwelcoming atmosphere. Waited for 20 mins and next the store with nothing.
Would never visit here and advise people to refrain from visiting and save their time by visiting other store.

I'm very new to telus but I got scammed by some pop up store representatives who added fradulant accounts to my account. Upon numerous complaints to the customer care call center nothing was working. So I decided to go this store at STC to see if they could gelp me, I was helped by ALEXIS, who was not only efficient but compassionate hearing my scam story. Long story short Alexis called the customer service reps at Telus, expedited the process to the fraud department and got all the additional accounts cancelled right away. She offered me suggestions to overcome this issue. I was so disappointed with Telus till I met Alexis who gave me hope that i wont regret leaving Bell after 14 years.

Went to make a payment for my telus bill but the manager rudely said I can only pay online and not to waste there time in-store. I go online to pay my bill and theres a credit card processing fee, just to pay my bill. Taking my EPP line to Bell, telus is just ridiculous.

I had a simple issue that should have been easily resolved, but the manager Syed M seemed to have no idea how to handle it. They were unorganized and kept giving me conflicting information. It was clear that they lacked the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage the situation. I have since switched to Rogers and they were able to understand and accommodate my needs very effectively and efficiently.

Returning to complete the activation process on an iPhone but overall great customer service! Mauvy's product knowledge fitted to meet customer needs is like no other! Ty:)

My interactions with Alexia were amazing. She was extremely helpful with my migration from Koodo to Telus. She was energetic, well-versed, knowledgeable, kind as well as patient with me. She ensured I understood everything I was told. Thank you Alexia for all of your assistance. Words are not enough to express the perfect experience that Alexis showed us when we came into the store. The second we walked in she welcomed us with a smile. When we informed her why we there, she empathized with us, and I knew she would make things all better. Alexis' displayed competence and expertise that I had to ask her if she held the position of Store Manager.sadly no. The customer service she presented to us is beyond expectation. It is this class of customer service that I stayed loyal to Telus for 2 decades! Thank you again Alexis! She deserves to be PROMOTED!

Was sent here from another store after they offered no help. I was having trouble with my device and had to send it in for repair. Wali and Alexis were extremely knowledgable and friendly, they troubleshooted my phone and greeted me the second i walked in. I will defintely be back if i ever need any help. This was a great experience!

Went to the Koodo store in STC and Yash was incredibly helpful and insightful. Unfortunately he didn't have the phone I needed but he instructed me to go see Mauvy at the Telus store. Mauvy and another young man Moeen were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and most important of all seemed to genuinely care about my needs. As someone who did NOT want to switch to Telus (due to bad experiences in the past) I gave in by the end of the conversation with Mauvy. All three young men are outstanding salesmen and very much the type of representatives that Telus/Koodo should be proud to have!

I visited the STC location on March 24th to return my phone (which was in the bring-it-back plan) and get assistance to set up my new phone as instructed by a phone representative a few days prior.
I was blessed to meet Wali who alerted me I was misinformed as that is not how the bring -it-back process is done. He assured me he will certainly help me get the problem rectified.
Truth be told, Wali surpassed the expectation of excellent customer service. I do not say excellent lightly. He reached out to his manager/loyalty department to ensure that every aspect of all glitches were corrected, explaining all the details with intention and patience.
I will say that Wali’s quality of service is not customarily seen in today’s standard of customer service. He is exceptional, and very pleasant.
Excellent role model to other representatives who need to improve their skills. I left extremely pleased.

Hanu and Moeen are the best customer service agents you get at Telus booth at Scarborough Town Centre. They help me so much for hooking up 4 cellphones on my business account. This duo are very knowledgeable and answers all my questions well and patiently. I got good deals from the services they offered and provided. If you want to switch provider or get good deals look for Hanu and Moeen at Telus/Koodoo booth in Scarborough Town Centre. Excellent job thanks guys!
