Ahmed provided excellent, friendly and efficient customer service in setting up mine and my wife's phones.

I visited this store twice, once over black Friday to update my plan and again a few weeks later after having some issues with my sim card. Thankfully both times I was helped by Ahmad who was incredibly patient and helpful! He was able to talk me through my options initially and answered any questions I had. It's nice to know if I come into the store I'll be helped by someone so friendly!

Ahmad helped me get back into my accounts after there phone services couldn’t do much to help besides let me talk to a machine, if you’re looking for good services and help with your online accounts when the website just gives you the run around I recommend you come here

Ahmad was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process of getting a new phone, switching providers and setting up my phone from start to finish. Since my phone number had to be ported from a different provider, he called me 25 mins later to see if my phone was working and to confirm my number had been ported to Telus successfully. Great over all experience!

I was provided great services by Aamir at the store and he explained every detail clearly for me.

There is a young woman named Jessica who works here that assisted me. She was very kind and answered all my questions and explained what I should expect on my billing, service, device etc. She was kind and professional and she was very helpful.

Employee here said a SIM card would be $30.
Called Eastgate Mall, they’re actually $10.

Don’t get ANYTHING here. Go to Eastgate.

The clerk here set up the program to transfer my data to a new phone. He told me to go through the steps and create and account and follow the prompts. I did so, and the account required a credit card. I tried one and it didn't work so a tried a few more times. All the credit cards I tried ended getting frauded and shut down within minutes, including my boyfriend's card. The attempts on the card were for some escort service. They suggested at the store that it was a coincidence and that my Google account was compromised before hand, but if that were the case, my boyfriend's card wouldn't have also been compromised. I will never go here again. I spoke to the manager and he claimed he would "conduct an investigation" but I never heard back from him.

Store is very dirty. Door handles, walls and trim dirty. Posters claim covid policies for not giving receipts but lack of cleanliness makes this policy senseless. Clean up for employee and customer safety!
