2 young girls sitting around on Tuesday afternoon chatting and having an attitude for whatever reason. With no intention to help. How does a phone company hire this sort of staff with no knowledge to represent them? Pretty disappointed.

Came here after being ignored for an hour at the Heartland location to find only one person employed here on a weekend afternoon during the holiday season and a line of increasingly impatient people waiting randomly around the store.

Yall i just want to drop off my bring it back phone in time, how many tries is this gunna take

Just a phone call inquiries so far. And the lady was quite rude or maybe wrong use of word to describe. My answeres were "nope" "yup" "nope" in that tone.lol that really makes me want to visit the store and get help with my phone

The staff are extremely rude and careless. The guy who served me had attitude even tho I was very polite and nice. He told me is gonna be a few more minutes he has to call customer support. He left me wailing and took another customer. After 15 min another girl came from break apparently. She asked about me and he told her he needs to return a device, you have to call customer service. She was like you deal with that. I’m not doing it. I wasted an hour and left the store without doing anything. I asked the guy how long do I have to wait he was it could be an hour or 2 hours. Even tho I told him I’m traveling today. He clearly wanted to leave the store. Very disappointed with telus tbh

Approached Telus and Bell at the same time, it seems Telus doesn’t care about the business and its potential customers. Bell guys are much welcome the customers and switched 2 lines to Bell!

We were wanting to change our plan and had a few questions that we couldn't find answers to on the website. Shantelle at the Erin Mills Town Centre location was super helpful answering all our questions and explained all the various plans with details about the charges and options. We ended up buying 2 new phones and upgrading our plan. Thanks Shantelle!

I stood infront of a guy for 20 mins and he didnt acknowledged. He looked at me and looked away as he was helping another customer. Could have been a simple, ill be with you shortly. All i needed was small item.
Really need to improve customer service.
You cant "help serve us better" until " the customer service improves "
Being a telus customer, i regret it!

Walked into the store regarding my bill. The guy BEN has a really bad attitude. When I asked him a ton of questions about my bill he says go to customer service and do not come to a store for the questions.

Then I asked him about the sales tax policy if I were to relocate to Alberta, he said my questions seem to be fishy.

Never Comming back to this store again.

Worst customer service ever.

Terrible customer service - 1 person helping one individual and asking us questions in between helping. Telling us it will be a bit of a wait time, while the other colleague sits on her phone, scouring social media.
Waste of time to go here.

He even asked her if she wanted to help us - she looked up and went back to scrolling on her phone

Great service! A bit of a wait (15/20 mins) but it was during a busy time of day (after dinner) and another rep was called to help out. The staff were courteous and attentive to the customers who came in and very polite. Shaquon was an excellent rep and worked hard to help us pick out the iPhone model and accessories for us. Thank you so much!

I went into the store last night knowing that I wanted to switch from Fido to Telus. I was greeted and met with Ashiv. He exemplified absolute professionalism, courtesy and customer service.

Didn't make me feel rushed, even though there were complications, and he could've easily have said well sorry I can't help you anymore and assisted other people. He took his time, and was evidently trying to help me out.

If you haven't switched to Telus already, do it! And if you're going to switch, go see Ashiv at Erin mills!

So, my experience with this location started in November of 2016. I wasn't all that impressed wiht the staff at that time (probably would have rated them 2 stars at that time), but, everyone can have off days. Went in recently to check about updating my phone and could not have had friendlier or more helpful service. Jesse explained why I absolutely needed to update my plan (saved me $30 immediately on a 2 line business plan) and thoroughly addressed options regarding a new phone. I had forgotten my wallet at home, so, I returned later in the day and was greeted again by Jesse but was helped by Shammah. I am fairly certain Jesse is the manager - he didn't dump me on Shammah; he continued to assist with my needs, but allowed his employee to do his job. Shammah is an excellent customer service representative and I could not have been treated better by him or Jesse. No attempts to upsell or change my mind on product. Just honest perspective on product and services and support for what I selected. I see some neg reviews here and cannot speak to those experiences - mine, however, was nothing less than exceptional.

Basically folks.anything that has the name Telus is never any good.from the stores to the Web store to the customer service and the Facebook messenger people and management escalation workers.it really is just all bad. They tell you what they think you want to hear and when that doesn't happen they pass you on to someone else. They blatantly lie to you about your order and if you complain too much they cancel your order and basically give you the finger. If I could give minus stars I would have. Do yourself a favor folks and stay away from Telus. Go on facebook and read their reviews and how they treat their customers.they are horrid. Buyer beware.

I was looking for a black iPhone 8plus.they had one. I asked them to hold on to it.when I got to the store.a gentleman of East Asian decent (I wish I could remember his name.but he was in his mid twenties) took his time to call TELUS and got me a great deal when I traded in my current apple phone.honestly.couldn’t have been happier.great service.above expectation!

Awesome service at this Erin mills location. A friendly brunette lady helped us with our unlocked phone to switch SIM cards. She completely went out of her way to help us. Thank you! Friendly staff and great service

2 sales agent working. I have been waiting 20 minutes to half hour. They seriously need to have more people working. Really bad customer service
