Worst service ever

I had lost my ID so I could not get a new phone at the storefront. Well I managed to get my Ontario ID. I was given a temporary form from service Ontario to use until my ID was mailed. I was told my ID was no good. Didn't suggest other options

Fast forward a few weeks. I have my picture ID and my new phone which I ordered online. I went to store to get help putting my sim card and transferring info to new phone. They said there was a $10 service charge. It should be noted that I have been a customer for over 10 yrs. This fee could have been waived

stay away from this location. Staff is rude and goes on power trips

Probably the Best Customer Service I have ever had from a young man named Rob.

I just got off the phone with Corey.she helped me with a problem I was having with a dealer store and head office.she spent 2 hrs on the phone trying to rectify my problem with head office. She just called me back to say the problem has been resolved. I deeply appreciate all she did for me considering I've never bought anything from her store.my next phone purchase will be from her.thank you

As always, Corrie was amazing and got our phones set up and us out of the store quickly. The location of the store is a bit noisy but the customer service mostly makes up for it.

I have been dealing with this location from the very beginning of my time with Telus. Corrie is the absolute best at helping resolve and issues and has been there when it was time for an upgrade to a new phone. Can't go wrong with this amazing group.

The service is amazing but the company doesn't give the staff enough information to perform better with the customer, I had an agreement with telus sales rep over the telus chat line then when I went to the store the rep couldn't honor the agreement and the manager told to get it online which is unprofessional

Amazing help from Russell H and Manager Tim. They helped me deal with a lost phone and converting my plan. Shoutout to Sarah in the Telus call center for her amazing support
