Poor coustmer service,
Recently I signed up with Telus network, so I contacted skywirless Pickering location as per flyers, in the starting, when I texted them they reply promptly. And then after on, I had more questions regarding the plans. And then they just reply slow to my question.
Then I try to called Amy Colavecchia two times and left the the voice message. Since this family long weekend I am still waiting for her reply. I hope she is really busy for other good customers.
So I have a request please don't call me after read this because, I know your reply oh sir we are so sorry to hear that.

Dropped my phone in Lake Ontario during Covid-19 and thought I would have to buy a new one out right with all the shut downs. Peter reached out personally to get me sorted out. He and his sales staff provided amazing service, streamlining the process of getting a new phone into my hands and saving me a ton of money in the process. Fantastic experience, would recommend.

Peter and Darryl set us up with 6 new phones for our staff last summer. They are excellent people to deal with and the process was smooth and easy.

Last week I went back to setup an iPhone for my daughter and I received the same high level of customer service. Knowledgable and professional people. Nice to deal with.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a phone from them for over two week. No one every answers the phones and they don't respond to emails. I'm not sure why it takes so much effort on my part to give them my business. Mike was suppose to be the one helping me but he has gone MIA since I sent in my application. I'm not sure how this is okay and how Telus lets them have such poor customer service.

Brutal, brutal, brutal! Thats all i can say when it comes to this place.i got a corporate phone from them 2 years ago and have been trying to get a new one for over a year! Craig from sky wireless will not answer/ return phone calls/emails/ txt msgs etc. Absolutely brutal customer service! Had to get a new phone online!

Excellent customer service, very accommodating and informative. Darryl, Amy, and Erica have been extremely helpful throughout the process.

Good service, when you can reach a human. Un-answered voicemail after un-answered voicemail.frustrating to say the least. However, the staff are very knowledgeable and Telus has been a breath of fresh air after Bell Canada's miserable customer service. Definitely recommend these guys.

Clueless sales staff. The girls at the desks are great. Sales staff out front are not. I did all of the phone calls myself, the whole reason I went in to the sales center was not to have to sit on the phone. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours collectively (to be told what I was doing was the retailers responsibility, not mine) and to the store 4 times. I am still waiting on another phone. I was practically dismissed while in the store trying to track it down. Why bother with the retailer, I can do it online myself next time and skip the middleman.

Understaffed, long long phone call waiting on clueless Telus employee to complete the transaction. Only reason there are two stars here is because of the over worked employee who was exceptional helping several customers at once!
