I recently visited the TELUS Koodo store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Arch. I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations, thanks to his exceptional service and outstanding assistance.

I came into the store when it opened with anxiety and stress with my home security plan and I think his name is (Faizen) was a tremendous help. He spent well over an hour to assist me and was a pleasure to talk to, he explained the situation and helped me resolve my problem in a calm courteous way. I'm very happy with my decision to come to this store today and I will be returning here in the future! Highly recommend this place

I've visited this store twice over the past month and both times the service has been stellar. Robert found me a great phone plan deal and spent the time to go over the details and transfer my account. It was seamless and stress-less. He went above and beyond. A month later when I needed a new phone I did not hesitate and went back to see Robert and again he proved to be invaluable. His advice was impeccable and his assistance was top-notch. If I need to go a third time, you can believe I will seek Robert out. I don't normally do reviews, but Robert deserves recognition for putting the customer first.

Marvin assisted me when it came to helping me switch service providers, 11/10. He would probably be the best sales rep I have ever had help me, really cares about the customer, makes sure the customer gets the best deal possible, does everything in his power to make sure your needs are met, even throws in a few accoutrements

I bought an iPad from Best Buy and called Telus to ask how I could add it to my connect plan. On the phone Telus said I could go to the store to buy a SIM card. I went here and the employee named Haji clearly wasn’t trained to add the tablet to a data plan. Apparently I could only buy a new tablet from the store. He was adamant and talked to me like I was dumb. Seriously, don’t go into this store with any serious inquiries.

It was impressive when the sales Rep Haji communicated with me in Mandarin when he knew I came from Mainland China. He provided with me the best customer service ever and hooked me up with a great deal of cellphone plan. He is so patient, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable person, I will highly recommend this store and Haji's service.

It was a great experience talking to the store manager Pulkit, because I was there with my cousin who's a brand new international student to and was not sure about purchasing a phone, Pulkit guided him very well how to manage money within their budget. It was my first visit at a Telus Koodo location ever. Being a senior person I was in a budget constraint. I was looking to get the nicest of the service for the minimum price. I was with bell paying almost $50 a month for call and text plan and then I came across the Store Manager of this location Mr. Pulkit Sood. He not only explained me the benefit of the network and plan features but understood my needs and requirements of what exactly I was looking for in my service. He was dealing with multiple customers at that time inspite of that he is very quick and fast in understanding the customer needs and he brought me a chair so that I can feel comfortable while he can deal with the existing customers in store at that time. I have been to several other mobile stores but this kind of service and warmness I have never experienced before. He gave me one of the best and sweetest deal that i couldnt even imagine with Public Mobile but more than that the way he managed the store environment was something exceptional and it was amazing to see him doing it with ease and in an effortless manner.
