Faizan was a great help! My grandmother is old and has always struggled with the use of electronics. Faizan spent hours setting us up with a new plan and ensuring we were happy and comfortable with the amount we were spending. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us an amazing deal! 10/10 customer service!

Every-time I visit this stand I am greeted and helped by amazing staff - hands down. Always helpful and always attentive. I want to share my most recent experience when I decided I needed a phone upgrade. I had the pleasure of being helped by Arch - firstly, Arch was well knowledgeable about everything and was so very patient. While doing this he also was attentive to other customers that needed help. We had a lengthy process because I was a bit indecisive, and also decided to upgrade my sons phone and also I made changes to my original phone - through all this Arch was so patient, so helpful and never ever expressed frustration. Wow. He is a prime example of a leader, well rounded employee and an expert at what he does. Arch you will go very very far in the world. Thank you so much for your help with we everything - my son and I are very happy with our phones and most importantly your service. I definitely recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would. Also shout out to NJ who was also helpful in previous times.

Had an amazing experience here dealing with NJ, he got me all set up with a new phone along with switching from Koodo to Telus for better plan/rates. Robert set me up on a Green Mobile plan. He was very thorough in walking me through the process as well as explaining all the options the plan offered.

I got the most basic Koodo talk/text plan due to my financial situation the next day, and I got another plan with Bell for the same price but with more data. When I switched to the better service and tried to get a refund for my Koodo plan purchased within 48 hours, Niranjan D.said I could not receive a refund simply as it was a prepaid plan.

I did not know that information, and on the receipt, it said I had 15 days to return any unused, and I had not to use any services from the phone provided to me.

In the future, when you sell something to your customer, tell them that if they make the switch, they will lose all the sim/activation/plan money so they can make the right decision instead of facing surprises.

Deepak was super helpful and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the different phone plans.

Deepak is the best! He was able to give us what we want the other locations weren't, but aside from that he is very transparent and articulates all the information well. He tells us what our best options are and tells us everything so that there are no surprises. Highly, highly recommend coming to this location to see him!

We switched to Koodo this past Sunday with Deepak. Deepak is one of the best people we have dealt with, ever. He knows the product, he knows the service and how everything works. Went to store to know about plan,
Sales guy named Farzan went above and beyond and helped me with the best deal and was very friendly throughout the process,
Transferred my data from previous phone as well as assisted me with new phone.
Have never met a guy like this before.
He is so genuine. Highly recommend him to everyone.

I visited the store looking for a data plan and Farzan explained me so nicely about the deals that he had on Telus with 5G service with an iPhone 13 pro
I was fed up with Freedom data and service but now I am glad Farzan helped me get with Telus with his amazing techniques.
I have unlimited Data, Coast to Coast network and also he protected my phone with Plan as well as now I have ID theft protection.

Now I can happily say I have truly unlimited Fast data service with the Best service provider by the help of best sales rep Farzan.

Ash helped my wife and myself with our account with koodo and switched us to telus and we are saving about $30 a month in our wireless plan. And my wife likes her new drink thanks to Ash.

I got the best deal ever from one of the associate Simran Kaur. Simran seemed to understand the customer's requirements and handled things very well. I got the best service I received from any network provider. I guess agents like Simran would influence people to stay with or move to Koodo. I have and I would recommend this store to all my friends. Above all I found the best case for my S21 here.

Absolutely not. I would personally avoid, but if it's all you have in the area, MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING WRITTEN IN DETAIL, WRITING AND HAVE THEM SIGN OFF ON IT.

Terrible. The girl sold me a phone but sold me a broken phone case than said she can't refund it. Tried to give me headphones to make up for it that are not compatible with my phone then told me she would switch them for a phone case when they get them in. Well the phone case never came after I waited a week then she decided that she could refund me. Completely wasted my time so disappointing
