I was looking for a new phone and I got an amazing deal during Boxing Day. The staff was extremely helpful and the associate that I would like to appreciate is Rajvee, she helped me throughout the process explaining what my bill would look like and payment options. Also helping me find a tempered glass and cover to protect my new device. Truly amazing service and management! Highly recommend!

I recently switched my telecom provider to Koodo because I was looking for better deals. I had the pleasure of working with Rajvee. She explained that I was paying unnecessarily extra with my previous telecom provider and offered me one of the best deals. This made the process so easy and seamless for me. The Koodo salesperson assisted me in selecting and purchasing the best plan and device to suiting my needs. The salesperson had a thorough understanding of the products and services available, and he was able to explain the benefits and drawbacks of each plan. Overall great experience.

The dealership and its owner served me with lies and misguided me which costed me lots of time and frustration. Took an iPhone on contract recently. As per Koodo policy I could return the device within 14 days of use, but the dealership owner rejected the return and told me that his dealership does not honour Koodo policy. I reached out to Koodo customer service team and they made him accept the return. The dealership owner never apologized for his misguidance and lies. Very irresponsible. Cancelled my service right after this event. Will never be going back to the store again. Complaint has already been filed with Koodo. Hope they will teach him how not to deceive customers and to conduct the business in a responsible manner.

Even though kiosks in malls doesn’t typically provide the best customer experience, I had a really good experience with them. They were offering offers that best fit my requirements and were listening to my needs properly. Good place to get your network carrier! Thanks Saad for hooking me up
