My dad visited the store to get a charger block several months ago and mentioned how the salesperson kindly offered him a discount. I recently realized I needed an itemized receipt for the purchase and emailed green mobile. Not only did I receive it promptly via email but noticed that Braydon was listed as the Salesperson on the receipt. Thanks so much for your kind professionalism and customer care, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Braydon at the Telus store in Uxbridge is your ‘go to’ guy for phone tech help. Incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Our old cell phone provider didn’t have any human contact to resolve issues. We were delighted to have him guide us through the maze of moving from Public Mobile to Koodos. Got a great deal to top everything off. I’d give him more than 5 stars!

Had a terrible experience at this location with Mitchell. Previously we had met with Zaed and he was terrific. Mitchell refused to help us and when I asked for his supervisor he flat out refused to share the information.

My husband and I just visited the Uxbridge location to purchase a new phone. The customer service was absolutely outstanding! It was a pleasure dealing with Zaid and we highly recommend going to this store.

I went in today to pick up a SIM card thinking I had to call customer service later to add an additional line, but Zaid was super helpful. Said he could take care of everything in the store even though it was part of an employee purchase plan. Spent a few minutes, got all the information he needed and had me up and running in no time.
Highly recommend him and he was very helpful and friendly. Great follow up too.

At the start of August 2020 I was receiving calls from random numbers, which like most people I do not answer. While working from home due to Covid-19 I received a call from a random phone number; however, felt compelled to answer and to resolve. I answered and it was Jawad with great new about reducing my $100 TELUS phone to $50 by switching to Koodo.
Jawad had all the answers to my questions as I was somewhat reluctant as I have been a TELUS customer since 1998. YES LOYAL!
This young man was honest, professional and courteous and did not waste my time.
