Andrew has been so helpful, resourceful, pleasant with a great personality! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with him and he is a perfect example of incredible customer service which is rare in this day in time. He needs a corporate position on a higher scale with his qualities, contributions, dedication, skill and knowledge in this industry. He definitely makes Koodos better!

I had gone to a different Telus location previously at Sheridan Mall and had a terrible experience, vowing to leave Telus at the end of my contract. When my phone screen cracked, I had no choice but to come to Telus store because I had device care and needed to fix my phone. I didn't want to return to the previous location I went to, so I looked for another location. After reading the reviews here, I came to meet Andrew and I can confirm the reviews did NOT disappoint! He was the most helpful, patient, kind, assistive, knowledgeable person EVER! He made sure that I was assisted from start to finish and he's very personal. You can feel confident that you're making a correct choice every step of the way.
